βOh my goodness, I am sooo thankful for Vic's .
My sister gave me her 2016 Chevrolet Impala in Tn that doesn't require emissions in that county, so when I brought the car to Ga, emissions had to be done before I could get registration done.
Unfortunately, the car would not pass emissions because the check engine light was on. I brought the car to Vic's for diagnostic and they were able to tell the problem right away.
They fixed it in a very timeky manner and also did the emissions test as well so I could get it registered in Ga. I just love Lexi, the front desk lady. She is just so personable made me feel like I had known her for years. Everyone that I spoke with was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable. They have all the diagnostic tools on hand to find out what is wrong with any vehicle.
If you want your car problems fixed and fixed right the first time, only trust Vic's Automotive.

βI'd like to personally thank Dre and Jay for helping me today 2/11/2025!!!! I arrived at work, for my overnight shift and had a flat tire. I drive a truck, and tires aren't cheap!! I called 3 different tire shops in Fayetteville, GA near my job and everyone told me it would be upwards of $300 or more for 1 tire, to place it and balance it. Then I called Mavis Tires and spoke to Dre. He gave me a decent price and had a tire in stock. I asked Dre to hold 1 tire for me, because my tire was completely flat and I wouldn't be able to get home in the morning. Dre said they were about to close for the evening, but they waited for me!! It took me 10ish minutes to get from my job to Mavis on a completely flat tire. Dre and Jay at Mavis Tires in Fayetteville helped me out tremendously!!!! Dre had excellent customer service, and Jay replaced my tire very quickly and efficiently!! I truly appreciate the both of them!!β
βFriendly and fast service. Gerald W and Jason M took care of my 2022 VW and both gentleman were super nice. I did not feel pressured to purchase additional services. They made suggestions but did not presume I would do it then nor there. Kaci was nice too, she checked my tire pressure when I asked and put air in my tires. Overall 5/5 quality and professionalism. I'd recommend the team!β
βThe crew at this location all seem to be very helpful and honest . They always treat you with a sense of priority and urgency . Eric is my go to guy for all of my serious concerns . Heβs very knowledgeable with cars overall . Junior is always welcoming . The manager of this location was also extremely helpful when I had car troubles over the holidays. I 10/10 recommend .β
βKevin worked on my wifeβs Dodge Dakota that had an issue quitting at idle. It was a strange diagnostic problem that took some time, and he went above and beyond to figure it out and fix it. Highly recommend going to Smith Auto Truckβ

βAs a Fayetteville real estate agent, my car has to be in tiptop shape at all times. I started bringing my car here instead of the dealership because there was an instance where the dealership was trying to redo a repair they done just a couple years ago. They were under new management and the representative didnβt know Iβd already had the repair done. I was suspicious and so I took it to Bransonβs. It turned out that I didnβt need what the dealership said. Carl couldβve easily tried to trick me too, but he was honest & saved me $1000. So theyβve gained a loyal customer in me.β

βFollow up review. Initial review was a 5. And then I posted again because no one returned my calls over a 10 day period when I wanted to report that the repair only lasted 5 days. Update- This morning there was a voicemail on my phone from A&H. They had phone system and personnel issues and changes last month and my messages and calls fell through the cracks. I have been away for a while but the message explaining the issue was on my phone when I returned and I will reach out. So glad that they werenβt ghosting me and ignoring my calls. So fingers crossed.β

βNeeded a RepairPal certified shop to take care of an air conditioner malfunction. Thoroughly diagnosed, found the problems, and replaced the system. Working great now. Manager called daily with updates and handled all the warranty business. Friendly, efficient and professional.
Update: Three years later discovered More 4 Less installed the wrong AC unit for the refrigerant designated by the manufacturer. Had to have the entire system replaced βΉοΈβ
