I recommend this business to everyone I know because as and engineer I typically do my own research and troubleshooting before I pay someone to repair my cars because I’m cheap and paranoid , these guys will take care of you without the worry of being ripped off or charged for unneeded repairs.
Mrs. Netta used her own time and discount to order tires and brakes for my wife’s car which had nothing to do with the repair reason. These people care about their customers and treat you like family. They specialize in foreign cars but I’d trust them with anything. If you need repairs just go there and you’ll see, this is a top notch auto repair shop that both men and women can go to confidently without worry .”

“The dealership told me I needed to get a new engine for my 2015 chevy cruze. The car had an oil leak and i think they just didn't want to fix it. If you're a cruze owner you know those things can come with a ton of maintenance over time. My wife and I weren't ready to part with the car yet so i took it to several places to get opinions on where the leak was actually coming from and how we could get it fixed because replacing the entire engine couldn't be the only solution. Plus, i'd rather buy a new car then put a new engine in the cruze. After a few shops we actually got recommended to come to J&M. Mechanics can be difficult to work with because it's hard to find one you can trust. They did the entire diagnosis process in front of me and talked with me as they inspected the leaks. Keith and the guys there found the leak quickly, and were able to fix it. These guys have impeccable turn around time for repairs. They cleaned the entire engine off as well which we're really happy about. I'd definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here if you're having any issues. Real down to earth people.”
“I was passing through Fayetteville on business and my car had check engine lights and other warning lights. It was 4:30 on Friday. Based on Google reviews I took a chance and stopped in hoping for some answers. The gentleman I met inside was quick to grab a OBD scanner and checked my car. They were not able to help me on this occasion but it allowed me to work on a plan for repair as I drove 100 miles home. Thanks for being kind and willing to help!”

5 stars for communication and customer service. I went there for a diagnostic for my wife's busted A/C on a 13' Nissan Sentra.
The quoted price was about $750 over what -in my head - I thought was worst case scenario. However, Chris was detailed in explaining what was happening.
I ended up to going to a different place that charged a fraction of the price (but just for the a/c compressor labor ---I supplied them with the compressor.)
The A/C works better now but this other place warned me that I should probably also replace the condenser and possibly some other components.... so we MAYBE we should've just done it all at once with Import Performance... idk tbd”
“I just picked up my car from SB for the second time ever and I’m very happy with their work. My car was in extremely rough shape both times I’ve taken it there, and both times I’ve picked it up nicely tuned up with a warning from SB on what I’ll have to do for it next. No pressure to get it done then and there, just letting me know what’s up, which is something I really appreciate. They’ve done quality work and given me fair prices both times I’ve been there and they definitely deserve all the good reviews.”
