Thank God I only have to come here once a year. If there’s an African lady there I will NEVER stop at this emissions location again. She’s so rude and unfriendly. An emission test on average is 3-5 minutes give or take? And this lady couldn’t even be nice for that small amount of time. I know $20 is not a lot of money but I’d rather throw it away than deal with horrible service.
