Wow, what a beautiful showroom of outdoor furnishings!!! We went in for a splashy cool grill, and we got a great one! The owners and managers have amazing knowledge and provide excellent customer service. We got just the size we needed, no high pressure sales, just filling the need....and we found some great add ons to our new Napoleon, too...as they had no shortage of stocked accessories!! Delivery was quick and easy, with again, great service. If you have ANY outdoor needs, make sure you take a look at Atlanta Home and Patio in Fayetteville!!!

Had an issue with the patio furniture cushions absorbing a great deal of water during heavy rains. The owners offered a discount on furniture covers - problem solved. Great customer care!

Great, VERY EXPENSIVE products! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH. Be aware that after you have spent large sums of money with Atlanta Home and Patio (AHP) in Fayetteville, Georgia: they do not provide effective, appreciative, and great customer service if you have issues, questions and concerns later. We spent over $2,500 on porch furniture in 2014. We followed up to get our cushions replaced in November 2020. Our invoice clearly states it would take eight weeks before fabric would be back--no problem with that. It was also noted on my November 30 invoice that AHP would come pick-up the chair to replace the cushions (replacing cushions required service work). We heard from AHP the last week of February that pillows were in, and they would follow-up with us on a time to pick up our furniture. We never got a call, so we went into the store hoping to establish a scheduled date for the chair to be picked up. We could not get a scheduled date (our house is 7.1 miles from store). They said they would have to call us to let us know again because they couldn't schedule that day. They would let us know when someone was in the area. We also asked for a planned appointed time. They could not give us a time. It is now March 15, and they said it was best for them to reimburse us for our deposit. We have lost five-months and having to start the process over to replace cushions. Ensure you can get your furniture serviced by another vendor or store because Atlanta Home Patio is not dependable and blames the customer for their inflexibility in providing service delivery. Disappointed Customer

I am posting for a neighbor, Ms. Gladys C. Pam, her husband, Jarrod, Mikale were so kind and professional. Jarrod did an outstanding job cleaning my old fireplace and installing the new gas fireplace insert with decor package (rocks/pinecones). After the one I ordered was placed on a 6-8 weeks backorder, Pam was able to locate one in-store, which was the last one that they had available. I couldn't be more happier with the wonderful customer service that was shown to me from start to finish.

Initially the service we received was very good, although I thought it was a bit pricey but as long as the quality and longevity was there I was ok with it. Unfortunately starting shortly over a year after purchase we noticed on this large outdoor sectional patio furniture set that the loveseats bottom cushions were sagging. It turns out that the aluminum seat support under the cushions was actually bending. In fact one of them the aluminum bars has actually split open making one wonder if it is not a safety issue. This furniture is housed in a protective screened in porch and is lightly used with the heaviest person using it is myself at 165 pounds so it has not been abused. This would not be so bad and the reason for the single star is I have attempted multiple times to contact Atlanta home and patio to see what the warranty is and what could be done and have not been able to get in touch with them. I have sent emails and left phone messages and No one returns my calls. As best I can tell they do not stand behind what they sell.I have updated my rating. They were quick to respond and have ordered replacement to the loveseat decking. In addition it turns out their website question response utility was pointed to an incorrect email address which is the reason they did not get my request. This has also been corrected. Although I still believe the reason for the loveseat decks bending was because of lack of center support but the factory claims that is not the case.Looks like the replacement decks are in and they are waiting on me to pick them up.

Wow, what a GREAT experience We had with Mrs Pam. We just bought a new home with swimming pool and want to have some outdoor furnitures. Mrs Pam and us put their heads together and looked up several options that worked for us. She was very patient and worked with us like We were hers #1 customer. Very pleasant attitude. She gave us creative advice and We were able to walk out the store with all the furniture pieces We needed. GREAT JOB! I highly recommend doing business with this store. All my friends came over new house very impressed with all outdoor furnitures. Thank you mrs Pam.
