Don't know what reviews you all are responding to, I didn't post anything. Please stop with fake responses. I will post now though. Ashley Stewart clothes are awful now compared to years before. Quality has really gone down!

I purchased an outfit last week with a debit card! I am now returning my outfit because it did not fit! The manager is refusing to give me a cash refund and insist i go home and find the debit card that was use to purchase!! Felicia clay she gave me her name to put in the review!! Lol i hope corporate reads this! She need customer service training! She then throws the pen at me because she stated corporate told her to refund me! Then leaves the money on the counter never placed in my hand like i placed the return and receipt in her hand!!

The staff in this store has the BEST attitude & are amazing. They are prefect in every way. They help you found items you need and don't need (smile) ?. Recommendations are fabulous. Thank you ladies for all you do!!!

I was very happy with the variety of clothing in my size. The customer service was great, it’s a bit of a drive from where I live but I will take that ride from now on.

Visited the store on yesterday and Keisha’s customer service was immaculate. She was kind, patient and offered options. Safe to say she won me over. This location has a new customer.

Horrible customer service. Trey Harper and his crew of sales associates are the worst. Purchased a floor lamp which arrived missing parts. Gave Ashley 2 opportunities to send the correct parts and nothing. Was told I had to return the lamp they would not pick it up. That was 8 months ago and I have still not received my credit. Spoke to Jessica a week ago who had me on hold for 30 minutes to come back and say I'll call you back in an hour... crickets! I was told today they can see the credit but there was nothing they can do it's up to corporate to push it through. No way to contact anyone they can only send an email. Worst service ever. Do not shop at Ashley Furniture. You will regret it.

The customer service at this store is horrible the Manager appears to be nice and pleasant but is nice nasty. Buyer be ware they are quite Shaisty to say the least. I made a purchase online and when I returned the item the Manager told me she could only give me the price coming up in the system, not the full amount I paid for it , since I didn't have the return receipt that came with my purchase. I could pull the order up online and she could clearly see exactly what I paid for the items. I contacted Customer Service and they explained I am due a full refund only to go back to the store 4 additional times to no avail because the Manager is the only person who can handle my request. I'm sad to say after finally speaking to the Manger again she told me that I need to call Customer Service back and they should give me the refund if I'm due one because she did her job.

I absolutely, love this store. Wish there were more locations. The ladies in the store are helpful, friendly, and just have a great positive attitude. Love the music that is playing while I'm shopping. My go to place to find clothing for me.
