Called to ask about a CPAP machine at noon on a Friday and only the manager could tell me what brand or type for the price given by the receptionost. She fields calls for all the offices. The manager was on vacation till monday. That indicates poor management or operations to me.

Absolute WorstThey will lie to you and tell you that you'll come out cheaper with your insurance paying the monthly fee. Ultimately I paid three times the real cost of my machine and had to deal with rude people and bad customer service all along the way.

Took a lot of time with me to explain everything thoroughly. Very helpful. Equipment working well so far, but if I did have an issue with it, I feel like these people would do the right thing and make everything right.
