I was a former employee and this company is discriminatory towards African Americans a Hispanic employee physically punched another employee in the mouth and was not fired but African American employees have been terminated for missing one day of work when trying to call manager but they kept picking up the line and not saying anything the district manager is not helpful at all he has favorited the Latino employees and always looks to fire the others they over work you and underpay you I would never work for this company again even if I was in dire need they come off as racist. They also drop old food in the grease when people ask for it fresh. The crew is understaffed and try their best but it’s upper management who is the problem and needs to be looked into

The company as a whole is not helpful or understanding. for a company that's whole shtick is customer service and what not, it is the opposite.

I stand in he lobby for almost 3 minutes with the young lady staring like a deer in head lights...they need to hire people that will do they job right..

If you have a complaint do not call here. They are very unprofessional and hostile. The woman on the phone gave me a hard time instead of helping me. They also do not know the policy or laws of fast food. Employees do not call find a higher resource!

I visited this location a week ago. Service was extremely slow. Trashcan was overflowing next to the prep table. Dining area was extremely dirty. Soda machines rarely have all flavors. Mena bathroom look like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. Toiilet filthy and trash everywhere. I read had out to management and complained to corporate Wenmarr management. I was told that someone would get back to me. No one has. I do not recommend this location
