“Great attentive care is given to my fur baby whenever she visits the Animal Medical Clinic of Fairburn. They took wonderful surgical care of her and answered all questions. They have convenient, reasonable boarding, but they aren’t open on the weekends. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend.”

“Our dogs came to SFPC years ago and just recently came back this year from another corporate run vet clinic. My little guy Peyton was quoted almost 2k for dental work and extractions at the previous clinic. We were quoted much less for the same work and Dr. Nance even saved more of his teeth that the other place wanted to take out. She didn’t shame me for the poor state of his mouth and was very informative and compassionate. Her staff is always vivacious and sweet to me and everyone who walks in the door. Recently my girl Roxy was diagnosed with arthritis and Dr. Nance was very thorough and still very compassionate despite me being a puddle of tears when she told me. She gave me the best outlook on the rest of my “sexy senior’s” life and her telling me it’s “not the quantity but the quality of life that’s important” really helped put things into perspective. Even more recently, Roxy needed diagnostic tests for thirst and frequent urination and everything was explained to me before, during, and after her appointment. Dr. Nance spoke to me personally to voice her concerns and reasons for wanting to do further testing. She loves her patients as her own fur babies and so does her staff. My pups have a name at this office and aren’t just a number. The grooming dept is fantastic as well. They took
Peyton from overgrown mountain man to distinguished gentleman with just a haircut! Surely if we could have our babies covered under our own health insurance a lot of these negative reviews about prices wouldn’t be up here. It’s clear that some of these folks never read their doctor bills in their entirety past what their copay is. It’s also clear that some of these angry reviews don’t read the policies because I know I’m gonna be charged a $7 disposal fee. It’s not that serious. Biohazard waste pickup isn’t free. I suggest getting pet insurance to help cover the costs. If I drop my babies off at 9am, I’m gonna call by at least 1 or 2 if I haven’t heard from them just to get an update. Offices get busy and it’s also the pet parent’s responsibility to check in if you haven’t heard from them before they close. Those folks wanna get home to their families and fur babies too. Be proactive in the care of your pets. In any case, I would recommend SFPC to anyone on the southside who loves their fur baby. Dr. Nance and her wonderful staff definitely hold a special place in my heart for caring for Roxy and Peyton in the most genuine and sincere ways!”

“I brought my fur baby here for grooming. IT WAS THE BEST EVER! The staff were all friendly funny and welcoming. Informed me every step of the way. The groomer took her time to discuss my pets needs before and after his session and gave recommendations on his suggested grooming schedule. My baby was so happy and energetic and he has always been really docile after a grooming experience. This is a fear free location and they will not do anything to stress your baby. BIG THANKS TO THE ENTIRE STAFF!!!”

“I’ve been using this vet practice for the last 4 years. Dr. Clarke and her staff are friendly, communicative and know their stuff. This clinic will also be upfront about what they can and can’t do (surgeries that require overnight care, for example) and do not scare you into doing unnecessary tests and procedures.”

“Wow...just wow!! Without a doubt, the Greenbriar Animal Hospital provided our family with the absolute BEST level of service and care we have experienced since dear, sweet Teddy came into our lives. Upon rushing our precious pup to this amazing facility, we were welcomed with open arms. “All I can say is, they made a very difficult situation more comfortable for my family. Our beloved 9 year old doggo was suffering from congestive heart failure, and he was in pain. We had to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize him. The doctor who performed the euthanasia was very human and sometimes, vets aren't like that. I'll never forget her compassion, even as her name slips my mind.”

“Our appointment was at 2pm, that's when they return from lunch. Everything was fine. The came in the room about 5-7 minutes after we got in there. They told me what was going to happen, had me fill out the text link document and then took my pup back.Then brought him back, got the results of the test and then brought the doctor in.”

“I must say I received the best service from them. They even have programs that you can apply for loans. To safe yourself sometime and stress. I am very grateful for the service I received. My puppy was literally dying and they did everything they could to save him. May God bless every hand working on each animal that comes thru there doors. I'm in tears because I am typing this holding my puppy who is still recovering but alive and well. Thanks so much for everything. ????????”

“As an out of state relief veterinarian I was able to visit this hospital while in Ga. I’m very impressed by the doctor patient care displayed by Dr. Burks! It’s exciting to see this hospital grow! It seems there are a lot of upgrades taking place. A veterinarian that practices holistic medicine and physical therapy is impressive and will be beneficial for patients in the area. I can’t wait to stop by again and see what’s new!!”

“I was recommended Pet Paradise by an ATL native and pet-parent when I first moved here. My cat has stayed at Pet Paradise multiple times and comes home without any significant changes to her behavior or her body. The staff enjoys her and she seems to enjoy them as well. Just FYI she's a really chill cat, so I imagine she is much easier to handle than an energetic cat. I still recommend Pet Paradise just to see how it goes. You can bring your pet's toys, treats, and food if you like. If they need any accommodations just let the staff know. The camp creek location is right by the airport, so it is very convenient for travelers. I usually book for boarding online and I haven't had issues. When I tried to book a cat grooming service, I was told that they don't groom cats at this location. It's safe to ask again though; maybe things have changed.”

“My dog Hurley's health had been declining and he was rapidly losing weight and his ability to move. I called in as an emergency and emotionally told them I was desperate if not for just an opinion on if I was making the right decision to let Hurley go. They immediately told me the doctor could see me in a very small window towards close. Everyone was empathetic and understanding what we were going through and gave us all the time and attention we needed

Although his diagnosis wasn't good we decided what was best for him was to have an in home euthanasia. The vet did let us know that our thoughts and guilt were valid and that we were making he right decision.

We booked the in home services for a few days later and spent all our time with Hurley till then.

Thank you for allowing us to get in the office on such short notice, it really allowed us to not wait any longer and allowing him to suffer.
