I came to this location on 4/19 at 12:30pm. I was serviced by Ms V I’m not sure of her full name I believe it was Vinita , any ways Ms V service was immaculate from start to finish . I watched her greet everyone that was ahead of me in the same pleasant manner. Very welcoming . Just wanted to give her kudos , as she deserves it !

This location is absolutely horrific. Poor customer service, lost packages, delays, and so forth. Not to mention the mail carrier who won’t deliver mail because of an additional car in our driveway that doesn’t block or impede upon them accessing the mailbox. The blonde woman with locs needs customer service training or should be mandated to resign. I receive preventative medication through USPS that requires lab specimens to be sent. My provider offers tracking and she had no resolution for last week when my tracking couldn’t be provided. I should 100 percent be able to track my package to ensure my specimens are received by my doctor. If you’re reading this review please do not contact them or complain here. You need to contact corporate for USPS and they will address the issue. I’ve done it other times in Maryland, and it works. USPS Fairburn, count your days. I’ll be contacting corporate until I see change in our community. Your customer service is well below standard and black customers deserve better as I can imagine these employees wouldn’t dare “perform” this way if they were serving predominately white areas of metro-Atlanta. I guess I am joining the long list of dissatisfied customers. I had a package leave Hollywood, FL this past Saturday scheduled to arrive on Tuesday. That was yesterday. After multiple updates, the last one stating it was in Fairburn, I have heard nothing. This certainly is a piss poor way to run a service, especially given the contents of some of that mail; social security checks, medications, etc. How is it that so many complaints are not being addressed by a higher authority. Doesn't Fairburn USPS have to answer to someone? Where is quality control???

3/14/24 FairburnMy mail/packages were placed in someone else's mailbox. I walked up and down the road trying to locate my mail. City of Fairburn postmaster this is unacceptable on many different levels. Postal delivery worker please ,please double check address and mailbox numbers.

I’ve had medication that arrived at this facility on 3/5 and I’ve still not received!! As of 3/16 it finally shows an update after 11 freaking days !! What is going on!!

Oh great, another morrow ga incident. Idk why packages started going through here recently. My stuff has been late for weeks. Why is it just always sitting in fair burn?! Some of my stuff is perishable!

My package arrived to the Fairburn location on March 5th, and it is still "in transit" 8 days later. I've submitted a request to find my package. But based on the other reviews, this seems to be the standard for this location. Please, if you work at this location, and you see my review, please find my package and send it to the next destination. Thank you

I have a package that is now late. Its been sitting at this location for multiple days, without any tracking update.I live in Marietta, but somehow my package was routed through Faurburn this time around. Based on reviews, i can assume it is lost or stolen.I have the tracking info, and believe the shipper has insurance, so ill he contacting them soon & reporting this location to the local Postmaster General

Not sure why my packages started going through here recently, but nearly every one is late. I currently have five packages from this post office that are delayed. Judging by all the other reviews, mail is either being sat on, lost, or stolen. Now I cringe every time I see “Fairburn” on the tracking status.

Somehow every single package I order that gets sent through this post office gets held up for days on end before finally being shipped to the next location, or just "lost". Once would be understandable. Even twice. But we're talking 5+ times off the top of my head. And twice where my package never made it out of this location. Something really needs to change here. Sitting on packages for days instead of sending them onward like every other post office can manage, and not to mention the blatant theft of not just mine, but countless others' packages. Honestly I don't understand how nothing has been done yet. But it needs to be soon. As of now. Consider this the place where packages go to die.
