“We experienced a flat tire on I-85 today, about 20 minutes from home. After our first call, we were informed it would take around 40 minutes or a bit longer. Although it ended up taking longer due to their busy schedule, Mr. Jackson, who coincidentally shares my name, arrived to assist us. His friendly and helpful demeanor made the wait much more bearable.
Mr. Jackson not only provided swift assistance and spoke to us in a calm and friendly manner, but he also followed us for a while to ensure we got home safely. It’s rare to find such dedicated and considerate individuals nowadays. We truly appreciated his help and will definitely call them again in the future.
