Hands down the best customer service I've had at ANY store in a while! Corey and Chris were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my many questions. I even had my box of paint walked to my car. If you can, give them both a raise or bonus.

I went to purchase 1 gallon paint second time purchasing from Sherwin Williams. Told the lady that I was painting trim and doors, she mixed the paint and it was 87.90. Never again will I go back to Sherwin Williams to purchase anything. Home Depot/Lowes here I come... I was told if I had an account they could give a discount but unfortunately I did not.

Amanda, the manager of this store, is awful and will argue with you when she makes a mistake. Do not use this store. Go to Union City or Peachtree City Sherwin-Williams, they are the normally excellent service and personnel that Sherwin-Williams is known for. The fairburn store is awful.

Needed to touch up a spot on the wall and a piece of baseboard. After mixing the paint, They came back with an $88 bill. After protesting, they knocked $20 off the price tag. Would’ve been more like $35 have I gone to Home Depot. Never again.

Elyseia was fantastic! She was pleasant, and personable! I arrived at the store around 630 after leaving the Fayetteville store--they were closed. She helped me as if it was the middle of the day...attentive and engaged. After she suggested I purchase samples to ensure I chose the right color for my space, I called back the next morning, she remembered me I ordered and paid for my paint over the phone and when I arrived the paint was ready she took it out to my car, loaded it and I was on my way! Talk about service! This will be my go to store from now on!!! Thank you Elyseia for showing me superior customer service still exist!!!

I am not sure who runs this store but if your reading this, you have got some great employees! I called right before close and one guy stayed late on a Saturday until I got there. He called me back a few times to make sure everything was correct before mixing the paint and the other guy help me carry my nightstand in and out and was a super big help. Both men paid great attention to detail and made my stress level about making decisions easy on me. I appreciate it and will only buy my paint from this store from now on!
