We experienced a flat tire on I-85 today, about 20 minutes from home. After our first call, we were informed it would take around 40 minutes or a bit longer. Although it ended up taking longer due to their busy schedule, Mr. Jackson, who coincidentally shares my name, arrived to assist us. His friendly and helpful demeanor made the wait much more bearable.
Mr. Jackson not only provided swift assistance and spoke to us in a calm and friendly manner, but he also followed us for a while to ensure we got home safely. It’s rare to find such dedicated and considerate individuals nowadays. We truly appreciated his help and will definitely call them again in the future. Thanks to him, me and my family got home safely.

Couldn’t ask for better service they were there within 20 minutes change my tire even though the Lugnuts were welded on almost. Thank you for what you did. We appreciate your fast service. Very, very friendly indeed.

Julius WAS set via dispatch to come assist with our vehicle not starting. We received notification that he accepted and was on the way. Every step of the way we received texts stating how much closer he got to us all the way up to about 10 minutes away. Well 10 minutes turned into 30+ minutes. We contacted our roadside assistance to help track his location. When they called him, he told the dispatcher that "he never received a notification" for assistance. I then took it upon myself to locate his business number for further clarification. He relays the message to me that he was on the way but had a "mechanical difficulty" and was unable to complete our service. I asked if he relayed that to the roadside assistance group and he said "I just got offf the phone with them 5 minutes ago explaining that". I find this very unprofessional and would not recommend using him if he cannot properly communicate to ensure business is taken care of.
