If I could it put 0 stars I would. beware of the bald black male employee with glasses who works here. I came here at 1am on a Thursday, couldn’t find what I was looking for and bc I was wearing shorts and it was late I rushed out when I couldn’t find it. This man wearing a QT shirt follows me outside to my car screaming “maam ma’am ik you hear me” and accuses me of putting milk in the pockets I didn’t have, demanding I give it back. At first I thought maybe this was his creepy attempt at flirting but then he proceeds to walk behind my car as I’m getting in and locking the door, to look at my plates. I live 10 mins from here and stop by often but will NEVER be back if here if it means I won’t ever have to see that weirdo again. Something I expect from a local trying to fill their tank maybe, but definitely unprofessional and borderline harassment-like behavior to get from the staff here. If I had seen his name tag I’d report him to corporate but it was too dark. If you’re a young woman for your own safety and comfort, just go somewhere else

If I could give 0 stars for manners and customer service, I surely would. It seems like getting people in and out the door like rats has become the biggest priority with no quality of service. ? ?
And please tell your workers that complaining about doing their jobs in front of guests is not a good look.

I remember when this was the best QT but it has gone downhill greatly. Every time I stop, there is an issue with the fountain drinks. It's not clean and the employees are not the typically friendly ones. I don't mind driving out of my way to stop at a QT, but no longer with this one.

Male Employee Jordan was in the women’s bathroom sitting in the back bathroom stall with the lights off, and my daughter ran out the bathroom screaming , it a man sitting in there, check the bathrooms

On 03/03/24 at 330am i purchased buffalo sauce from a cashier! The cashier proceeds to take the 4.00 buffalo sauce with him to the counter as if i was going to steal the sauce. I felt very offended that he assume that i would steal a bottle of hot sauce from a gas station store i do business with daily. Im pretty confident i make twice his salary but thats what happens when someone profile you instead of treating you with respect. I will not be getting gas from quik Trip ever again..

This use to be the best Quik Trip, but now the quality of the store has declined rapidly. The ladies restroom is always nasty and the new coffee machines are always broke down... the staff needs training....I'm so disappointed in this store.

To use their free air it wasn't immediately obvious to me that it was broken I thought maybe it just had a loose seal but thanks to my pressure gauge I realized that it was actually deflating my tire and the nozzle is broken. This was already my second stop to try to find air on this road and I left worse off than I came.
