DO NOT LET THESE REVIEWS CONFUSE YOU. This is one of the worst places I’ve ever lived in. I moved in November last year and recently broke my lease bc the “property manager” was NOT helpful with dealing with noise complaints. There are some great reviews on here so i guess this place is actively going downhill (and it’s going fast!). If you want any peace in your unit you’re not gonna get it here. upstairs and downstairs neighbors can hear everything you’re doing and saying in your own home and vice versa. There’s an absence of competency here from the property manager, courtesy officers, and the management group itself.TLDR? Don’t move here, poorly built complex, ghettos are overtaking it, def not worth the rent.

Mr. Eddie has such a genuine and kind spirit and has made the experience living here quite great. He always makes sure units have what they need and is always prompt to fix issues.

My son been living here for a few months now and I can say Ms. Jacqueline and Mr. Eddie are two amazing people. Kind, generous people that helps when needed. The property isn’t bad either. Thank You guys for giving my son the first experience

I want to thank Mr. Eddie who is over maintenance for all he's done to make sure my apt wasn't flooded. He used his vehicle, as well as transported the hot water heater upstairs by himself! If it wasn't for him I would've came home to a flooded unit. I really hope that Mr. Eddie gets some help, he was very quick in responding and made sure i had hot water.

The only good thing I can say is Ms. Jackie is WONDERFUL. She is very helpful and there to assist when I need her. I have been living here for 4 months and this is the most expensive ghetto I have ever lived in.Two weeks after I moved my car was broken into.The postal worker told me I had to go buy mailbox keys if l wanted my mail. Mailbox keys were on backorder when I moved in. I spent $30 for keys just to have my mailbox rekeyed by maintenance allll over again after I specifically stated I had bought keys and showed the receipt(smh) and then I had to wait for maintenance to turn over those keys.Then I've had two extremely nasty interactions with the "property manager" and I use that term "(property manager) very loosely. Whatever the "property manager's name" is she has THE NASTIEST disposition ever. Her tone and demeanor is disgusting. She may need a work from home job where her interaction with people is limited to none. There is NEVER a reason to be rude or nasty especially when someone is speaking to you in a nice and calm tone and seeking help.Oh and the icing on the cake is renters' insurance is being forced on my account when I have renters' insurance and have emailed the paperwork and uploaded the paperwork several times.Had I know living here would be like this, I would have stayed at my previous complex. At least they were upfront with their lies.Renewing a lease here is NOT something I see me doing.

Peachtree Landing was/is a great choice for me. The community, apartment style, and maintenance team were my overall deciding factors for signing my lease here. In addition, the office staff is what ultimately sold me to renew an additional year. Ms. Adale and Jackie are both excellent at what they do! I am proud to be a resident here. Thank you PTC Landing employees for all that you do, you’re very much appreciated!

Mr. Eddie (Maintenance) is truly amazing. He makes living here so special with his personalized and friendly greetings each time we see him. Anytime we need assistance or have any questions, Mr. Eddie always goesabove and beyond for us.

I want to start by saying this is the most professional property that I’ve ever lived at. From the front office staff to the manager of maintenance Mr. Eddie. My entire process was stress free and very professional. They are all phenomenal and the love that I’ve experienced like a family is unspeakable. Ms. Jaqueline is so humbly kind with passion which makes you feel right at home. Mr. Eddie the manager of maintenance is simply the best. I put an order in and before day was over he did it. What a wonderful team of people who actually care:. You can’t ask for more. I highly recommend Peachtree Landing in Fairburn Georgia

This property and staff are amazing. Every time I meet with Eddie, the maintenance manger onsite he is very professional and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone who is looking for a place to call home.

Jackie is Amazing!!! She’s brilliant and knows her property! Not only was she approachable but she was transparent! The property is beautiful! And the rent was affordable especially now!!!! She sent me a email as a friendly reminder I can call Peachtree home! It was super clean and near the expressway! Thank you Jackie!!!!! You made this property stand out from the others!!!

My experience was great! Jacqueline, the leasing agent was very professional and kind. She made me feel like it is a great place to live. Property is well kept and secure. Can't wait to move in!
