Amazing attention to detail!!! My daughter was in an accident and Matthews Collision nailed it with the repairs!! So pleased the car looks like it was never touched by damage!! It took some time to get it done but it's because they are perfectionists and I'm so glad they are. Before and after photos are in this review.

My vehicle was damaged by hail. I took it to Matthew's Collision for repair. Greg was extremely helpful and my vehicle was repaired by the date promised. I was very satisfied with the service and quality of the work. I would highly recommend this business.

Matthew Collision always… I mean always!!! Goes over and beyond to take care of your car and personal needs. Not only did they fix my car but they even detailed,and vacuumed all the shattered glass that was still in the vehicle. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The owner is so nice and friendly and they took our car in and got it done faster than expected. He communicates to you through the whole process and he even washed our vehicle after he was done. That was such a nice gesture. We really appreciate yall!

I honestly don't even know where to start with this one. The quality of work was fine, however the terrible service received is beyond anything I have ever experienced before. I got in a wreck in January 2022 down the street from the shop. My insurance said these guys have great reviews and are in their network, so I decided to bring it there. Now because of the timing and manufacturing delays etc, I understand things may take longer than anticipated, which sucks, but is what it is. Here is where the problem lies. My insurance has an online system where the body shop is supposed to update repairs and expected finish dates, etc. Well, on multiple occasions it said my car would be ready that Friday of whatever week I was looking at. So I would make plans to get a ride to go pick up my car, take time off work, etc. Each time I would call to make sure it was indeed ready, and Greg would rattle on and on about all the reasons why they didn't have all the parts etc. Like BRO, you could have updated the system, you could have called to let me know it was delayed. Instead now I have to listen to 10 minutes worth of the same excuses every time (it was painful). Anyway, finally got my car back after about 4 months with a couple parts missing that we were still waiting on. There were then multiple issues with us showing up and the parts weren't painted, had a scratch on them, etc. It is now middle of July and we finally got everything completed. Terrible business practice and absolutely no respect for other people time.

Really great service. Turn around time to get my bumper repaired was quick. I love how the shop kept me updated about my vehicle's progress! The men here have REALLY great attitudes which is unfortunately hard to come by, I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know! Thank you guys!

having your car away from you while it is getting repaired at a body shop is always an inconvenience. thank goodness for body shops like this one. outstanding customer service when it comes to this sort of thing. communication is key. this place is great at it keeping you informed. the owner, Greg, even answers the phones when you call up there! if you need a repair after a wreck, offer this place first refusal. please. they are great.Services: Painting

Matthews Collision handled the repair of my Nissan truck as a State Farm approved repair facility. I am extremely pleased with the entire experience. Greg Matthews was a pleasure to deal with and completed all of the work on my truck within the timeline initially discussed. I received emails updating me as to the status of my repair and Greg was always available to talk to me by phone with the few questions I had. The repair was done to the rear bed quarter panel, which is a very flat surface. The repair and paint work turned out absolutely seamless and looks like the factory finish. The paint matched perfectly and the Nismo decal placed exactly as it should be. The truck was washed when I picked it up as well.
