Horrible job!!! Even escalated it the day of, nothing was done. I went the next day to pay for a new set. I was told the set was too fresh to soak off and redo. I also noticed that the lady doing my pedicure did not use the callus remover, I asked her why not & she claimed that my feet were “too soft” mind you, I have not had a pedicure in over a year and my feet has been extremely rough. I will never go back there again. There were so many people who had issues both days I was there. I only gave one star because I had to.

I wanted to like this place bc it’s so close to where I live but after a handful of visits I’ll have to make the drive somewhere else. My nails chip within a couple of days each time I’ve gotten SNS while usually I can go 2-3 weeks with no chips. They use gel top coat instead of SNS top coat so they don’t last. I’ve gotten my brows waxed twice and both times it ripped my skin off. I went back once for them to fix my nails and they did but I can’t do that every time.

3rd return customer getting brow services and luv it, until 4/6/24 got brows and doing a lil extras support, bad idea left it 1brow thin and chopped off and the other thick but set was nice,they forgot to charge me for brows but I'm not a thief and I remind them ,I cud hv just walked but two wrongs dnt mk a right ?♀️,I just won't be supporting anymore ,and there I was sharing n recommending others,smh

Helen did my toes and Thomas did my nails. They did a PHENOMENAL job. I've been coming to this location for years, and I am never disappointed. I can sit down in anyone's chair and leave away with a smile on my face. The work speaks for itself.
