“Nice quick shipping and their carrier was friendly. The wood arrived and was dry enough to lay pretty much right off the bat. The 5” Unfinished Red Oak had some beautiful marbled grain in it (We opted for #1 grade instead of Select or better for this reason) and overall it laid nice. Had some defects in boards. Some tongues missing but we needed quite a bit of ripped wood to finish off rooms anyways, so those pieces worked out perfectly.Some of the 5” we noticed was 1/16th smaller than others, leaving small gaps between floors and requiring a bit of extra hmph to get it close. I forgot to order floor fill, but woodywudy were super helpful in figuring out how much I needed.I’m an amateur at laying hardwood. attached are some pictures of what it looked like pre-finish ;)EDIT: Heya readers! I added a few pictures of the finished floor. As expected, they’re gorgeous.”
“We went to Tractor Supply to measure lawn mowers. I found the one I want, but by the time I have the money from the IRS, I suspect it will be hard to find one to buy.
It was still a fun visit, as it usually is. My wife enjoyed watching the ducklings. We bought a lot of dog treats, and chatted with other customers.”

“Never, never, NEVER going to the big box store for paint again. This is the place where someone will actually HELP with paint selections. There’s a table and some chairs to sit and go through colors. They’ll show larger paint chips. You can walk outside with them to view in natural light, which is a must to get a better impression of the undertones.They keep a record of purchases, so if you need the same color next month or next year, they have it!”

“Long post alert! Today I went in for several items. I cannot see good as I had eye surgery. Ms. Rose was so helpful. She found everything I needed and was so patient. She even helped to load the items in my car. The store is nice and new. Lots of things to choose from. I'm so glad we finally have a store like this in Union City. I will definitely be back. “I love this store. Friendly staff. I have had help trying to figure out exactly what I need. Keep in mind, there isn't an employee waiting at each aisle to assist But when I need help I can always get it. The store is huge so I can't expect every employee to know exactly where everything is. I will often check store inventory before heading to the store. Inventory and location of the product is listed with the product on line.”
“Exceptional customer service! I went to Lowe’s because I ordered four bags of mulch when I got there Parker gently put the mulch in my trunk. I stated to him that I don’t think I need all of those bags. I’m only going to get two, with a smile, he suggested that I should keep them, because you never know with mulch. I returned the bags anyway and guess what he was right so I came back to Lowes and I was greeted by Darius at the front door with a welcoming smile, I told him the story and he was able to get Justin to assist me with getting the additional mulch. Justin was very kind. This is my first time at this location and it will not be my last. customer service and a welcoming smile is everything To the customer . Keep up the great work!”
“Wow! Home Depot Fayetteville, Ga has an outstanding team. I stopped by to grab plywood for a project and all hands were on deck. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. “I was in the Fayetteville Pavilion running errands. I came in to take a look at blinds and I got way more than I expected. I saw a sign for blinds measurement and installment for up to 10 for $150 and I couldnt pass it up. I was quickly taken care of, getting everything explained to me. Natasha was professional and knowledgeable and got me set up right away with scheduling my measurement appointment. Although this location is not the closest to my home, the service made me go ahead and start the process hear.”
