Unexpected stay on Christmas night. Beverley was managing the front desk. She met us with a smile and a genuinely friendly and helpful attitude. She in fact made a difficult situation a very pleasant and engaging time. I would return anytime because of her service.

I would like to thank all the front desk staff and housekeepers for accommodating my family this past weekend 12/20-12/21 during my mother's 75th birthday. Top Kudos to you ladies at the front desk -you were extremely nice and professional.
