I walked in and man I felt the love of joy from each and every worker and security guard never felt nothing like that at a bank I want to start over and walk back in lol thanks ladies and gentlemen for the joy you put off also Amanda battle was very fast and respectful while cashing my check we need more of you all in every bank!!!!

Ariana has poor customer service and I am almost certain has not been trained properly on how to do her job. She has questionable judgment of character and it may have something to do with her prejudice.

My experience at Ameris bank was amazing with great customer service, to the time I walked in to the time I walked out. A lot of bank nowadays direct people online to figure out your banking concerns on your own. This was a great personal experience with the employees assisting me with my questions. The bank employee is trash I walked in and said good morning he said “what” it’s the light skin one with the Tiny wicks . I then stated good morning again and said I believe I need to speak with someone he said “you do “ and have a seat right there the manager is in a meeting . Customer service is top tier if you are mad at something on the outside don’t blame it on another person , he** even if you are mad at someone on the job why would you take it out on a customer .
