“This is the 2nd time I am using a Caliber Collision to complete body work on one of my vehicles so needless to say I’m more than satisfied with the quality of their work and customer service!!
I recently required a repair of my vehicle to the rear passenger door. From the moment I arrived to the shop, Michelle level set expectations about the shops process, estimated timelines, and how often I could expect to hear updates around my repairs. I was notified up to the minute through each step of repair. I even received my vehicle back sooner than expected! Even better they detailed and cleaned my vehicle upon delivery, a service I’ve never received from any other repair shop!! This exceeded my expectations. The repair came out perfect, as if no damage was even done in the first place; the color matching was immaculate!!! I was also able to leave my rental at the shop and they turned it in for me to the rental company. Overall they get a 10 out of 10 for customer service, communication, and convenience. This type of service is like a unicorn in a society where we are always on the go in our busy lives! I didn’t miss a beat at work having to take time off to deal with trying to arrange time to schedule around getting my vehicle. Thanks Caliber Collision Union City Team!!! “Great experience dropped car off a 2 hour wait and new glass windshield. Staff very friendly. They have a coffee and water station while you wait. You can use ur insurance and pay ur deductible at there office which is nice didn’t have to file claim just paid deductible there.”
