The partner that runs the Fairburn location either doesn’t know how to train their employees or just doesn’t care. They signed me up for $20 per month at their new location ( Promo) then immediately started to charge me 40 a month. I called and they didn’t charge me for 3 months to make up for their mistake. AFTER the 3 months I called corporate to cancel and they said everything was good. Fast forward to now and they have charged my card 40 bucks for a year with NO service provided. I didn’t sign any contract, I’ve asked for a copy and they can’t provide one…. Owner is a liar and thief.

Horrible customer service. After numerous calls alerting them to their mistake they continued to draft an amount that I didn't sign up for. They have NEVER returned a phone call and when I do talk to someone they lie and blow off the issue. It's nothing more than a den of liars and thieves. I'd leave 0 stars if I could.

I was using a local car wash Mister Car Wash. They increased their prices on me. Decided to drop them. Went with Big Dan's. I was really impressed. They have towels. They have interior cleaning and windshield solvents. They have air which was not offered at the other place. The only thing that was offered at the other place was vacuum service. I am really impressed and expect to take both my cars here in the futures

I’ve given this place 2 tries and have been disappointed both times. $25 wash both times and my vehicle still came out with a lot of dirt on it. Does not clean well at all. They didnt spray down wheel wells or anything either time. The tire shine applicator is very bad and does a horrible job. They do not have glass cleaner or degreaser available like every other car wash like this does. Overall very poor experience

Do not go to this car wash if you are a blue-collar, hard-working American with a company truck. If you have a saddle tank in your truck, they will not let you come in every other car wash and Peach Tree City lets me go through the car wash. This car wash is a joke.
