“I had a very positive experience with Mike the owner. I have an older F150 that I have had for 18 years. I took it in for a fuel pump replacement, but my issues were deeper than that. Mike got involved personally working to resolve the real issues. I was treated like family and fell in love with Roscoe the shop dog. When I found out he was a rescue that showed up there in bad shape and they took time and love to make him better, I was so impressed. Truly an old time small town experience in modern times. I will definitely use them for my future repairs.”
“Just came from getting my valve cover replaced and oil changed on my 2012 Nissan Altima and the service was fast, done correctly, and very affordable. “Simple and easy people to work with. They are never here at 8AM the stroll in around 8:20 but honest and fair. Sometimes just a little slow. I’ve only had tires plugged or replaced so not sure about how they do with engine work.”

“Heard a noise while I was driving coming from my front driver side tire. Pulled over to look at it and there was a nail in my tire. J & R was the closest tire shop to me so I drove there in case my tire needed to be repaired. Before I could do anything myself, Russ had someone out at my truck pulling it out and it turned out to be a huge staple. The tire wasn't leaking, so I was good to go. I know it only took a couple of minutes, but I still insisted on paying for the time and Russ and his technician wouldn't take my money. He could've charged me a flat labor fee or something like that, and I would've paid, but he didn't. They helped me out and that was huge after the day I was having. If I'm ever in the Fairburn, GA area and need tire service, I'll go out of my way to go to J & R Tire.”
