Once he retired I moved on to Andy Arnold in Fayetteville, Ga. Andy and his team are the best. Ally hands down is awsome!! I can always count on her to answer any questions about my policy. “I was referred to this location by a friend of mine and I must say I had a great experience. The customer service was great and the process was very quick. I told the young lady I had to be to work at a specific time and she got me in and out within 20 minutes. They also offer to get you started over the phone which is a great option but I went inside because I was in the area. It was very nice and clean and smelt good which I appreciate because after covid nobody really kept their cleanliness up. I was paying 308 with progressive who has been no good to me and Loya got me down to 172 for full coverage. The deductible was a bit high but its really the same thing once you calculate how much you pay monthly. I went with it. Thanks to the young lady who sold me the policy and the young man who was very kind and polite as well. I will send my family and friends that way. Thank you again!!”
“Paul doesn't know about insurance. After he mishandled appointments I was assigned another Allstate agent that found mistakes on my policy that cost me over 100.00. I'm now with an agent that saves me money and keeps appointments and actually gives money saving advise. All reasons Paul Rue is not my agent.”
