To be clear, this review is ONLY for this specific location. Xfinity as a company is great for our mobile service. Our service for our phones is great, the bill is inexpensive, but do NOT go to this location if you need some help. Go to the store in Augusta on Robert C Daniel instead. They have actual humans who listen to you and actually help you in Augusta. The manager, Desiree is no help at all. I called the 800 number after leaving the Evans location and the CSR told me that what I needed to do had to be processed in the store… went to the other location and was in and out within 10 minutes as a happy customer. I live much closer to the Evans location, but will be making the longer drive in the future just to keep my sanity.

Awful customer service. Three visits to the store and over twelve hours collectively on the phone with customer-no-service based overseas and issue remains unresolved. Both John and Khalil in this store were rude and totally unhelpful. Sold a phone and line that they continue to charge me for but cannot seem to figure out how to activate service on. Was finally told I would have to file a dispute with my bank or seek legal recourse as they couldn’t figure out how to either give me a refund or activate the service they charged me for. Their ineptitude will now result in having to file suit against Xfinity to get my money back.

Went in to pick up wifi router and was immediately greeted by Khalik. He got me what I needed and even helped me change my plan while I was there. He was very kind and efficient only took about 10 minutes to get everything I wanted done!

Went to store after having no luck with their call center. Asked to speak to the manager Desirae as she was one who was supposed to handle a credit back in May. My bill has been a mess since install. Desirae the manager offered to eat my lunch, but took off into a back room and sent a large kid over to intimidate me and strong arm me, not coming to my request for a manager. I am about done with this company and filing with the FCC if my billing issues are not dealt with. This manager is unprofessional and a coward.Bill screwed upCredits not donePoor customer service.Double billing and turning off service.Reselling me securtiy equipment bought and brought from Seattle that I ownedTaking my security monitor, I ownedTaking my boxes and charging me for one not returned.

Trying to activate a tv that's already being paid for on our account.They give you an 866 phone number that does work at night.Everything is super modern .All self service... takes hours to activate.Have had to return to the store too many times for Box and remote changes.Paid extra for installation...service still iffy..Price is high, unsure what's included in our cable..wifi package.This seemed right. But it's getting old

Poor customer service I returned some equipment I walked in the store no one helped me they all stop what they was doing and just starred at me.After 15mins I walk over where two people were helping one person it (seems as if two people were helping one customer at every window) I ask for help the black girl said wait a min white guy name Timothy P immediately came to me after he heard her said wait min she was just standing there watching another employee help a customer .On the way out a white guy and his daughter came in black girl immediately ran up and ask can they help them.The black employees at this place need to be ashamed of themselves black people do have service with infinity tooand shouldn't come second to any race.

Thank you to Dezire at this store. I have been with Comcast for 19 years. Recently my internet was not working for approximately 2 weeks. I could not get anyone to help me on the Xfinity telephone system or the Xfinity App. A technician was sent to my house and did not fix the problem. I ended up at this store and was going to cancel my service. Dezire was able to get me the help I needed. She was able to get a technician out to my house within 48 hours and he got us running again. I will always visit this store and look for Dezire when I have questions or problems. She was so friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you!!!

Great service from this retail store despite multiple house visits required to isolate the problem. Went to retail store because I could not get to speak to a person on the phone. Each retail consultant was very helpful to get maintenance technician scheduled to visit my home and to evaluate the problem at the street. This correction did not improve line speed; and Evans Retail Consultant scheduled a second visit that ultimately discovered a Comcast transformer in the house cable line, when Comcast installed a modem several years previously that should have been removed when the first line maintenance issue was corrected.The last person, Bronson Selbig, took time to assist to reactivate my owned modem, so I could return rental modem provided during house visit.These folks care about the customer!

I have called the company number servers times about my internet being out every morning and on and off during the day for two weeks Ask them to please send a technician out and solve the problem. I have been with them for over ten years I have the 400 mbps plan They told me for them to send out a technician it would cost me $100 if I didn’t use their automated system which I have been doing everyday for two weeks And when I do get to talk to someone they are foreign and 95% of the time it’s them repeating back to me what I just told them I’m going to buy a new modem and takes theirs back. Really for $240 a month for tv and internet they should send techs after the first call. Update purchased our own modem (a motorola MT7711-10) now everything works great and it hasn't even thought about giving trouble plus I save money since i no longer pay rent on their modem.
