Going out of the country. Went into the bank 20 minutes before closing. Picked up my foreign currency that I ordered. Asked if I could exchange a worn and torn $10 bill for a newer one. Cashier said she didn’t have any without looking. The employees have one eye on the clock and one on the door. Don’t got too close to 5 of you want good customer service.

I love the experience and customer service at this location. Everyone is friendly and eager to assist. They provide you with all options for getting the best return on your investments. Of course interest returns have limitations with any banking facility due to COVID. But they do their best ?

I have been doing personal business and business through my job with Wellsfargo for years without any issues. Today i went to cash a check made out to the business ( as i have done many times before for the last 5 years without any issues ) until today. I was told that the check could not be cashed by the manager Nichole because it was not made out to me personally. This lady was very rude and disrespectful in the way she speaks to customers, when trying to speak with her she kept cutting me off as i was speaking and trying to get info as to going fwd. I then said i will wait to speak until you finish. She then said i wont be spoken to that way and we are done. I then told her she had a very nasty attitude and she was unprofessional. This whole interaction is unbelievable... I feel as if Nichole wanted to be confrontational. I really feel Nichole doesnt deserve her position as a Manager with Wells fargo based on the way she treated me. Also if she was so comfortable treating me this way, she has treated others the same. This is truly unbeleivable and yes i have messaged my corporate office and Director of this encounterAfter speaking with corporate Nichole could have and should have done aMerchant cash order, having my ID, the company bank account and an additional ID, this is what they have been doing the last 5 years, if she didnt know how to she could have asked someone instead of berating a customerVery disapointed

Trying too hard to be nice to the point of being disruptive. Maybe good for boomers on 10 different painkillers who just want to go back home and grill but I just want to get in and out.

Horrible experience had to cash a check for my mom.Ive already signed info at the Martinez branch to coesign for her. Had to make continuous trips back and forth from my moms to the bank.Mind you I have cashed hundreds of checks for her before.The bank manager took what the black casher said before looking into it himself. He told me I was doing a felony with out explaining why and not taking my ID to see if I was on her account.He proceeded to keep my moms ID. Mom mom has Multiple Sclerosis and needs her ID for Medicine.The white manager was rude and so was the black cashier. They should not prejudge people who take care of their elderly parents , like we are all bad and out for their money.Shame on you! I hope once you are proven wrong.You get fired this is a disgrace to the Evans branch. I finally had to get my mom out of her house she has been out of the hosipital for only two daysso she could get her ID and money. I deserve an apology. God help you.

Well the most uniquely defining thing about this bank. Is that, it is on the rare few banks that have foreign currency on hand. The Evans location off of Washington Road Wells Fargo. I know they have more than just one form of currency but I buy Euro, there and they have it on hand. Anywhere else you have to order it and get it 1-3 days later and there is usually a delivery charge of $7.00. If you buy it there then there is no delivery charge.
