First it is a Walgreens with all the typical things. I was able to purchase what I needed ONLY after I went to the Pharmacy. I waited at front for several minutes and no one came to check me out. That is why I went to pharmacy. Great service from pharmacy but manager you need to ensure someone is up front!

Katie in the pharmacy was helpful, quick, concise and very pleasant over the phone. I know the pharmacy staff is always crazy busy and pulled in a million different directions - so the customer service was greatly appreciated. Thanks again for all y’all do!

Employees never approached the cash register. I was shouted to go to the photo department where I couldn't return the Walgreens brand's vitamins. I didn't remember the date of purchase, there was no check with me, but I wasn't even asked for a phone number and tried to help! I'm sure the data in the system remains. The Walgreens card was in my hands and the team leader did not even try to scan it by advising me to contact another store. Naturally, I no longer want to go to this location and to this employee.

On 2/11/21 I bought a carton of cigarettes at Walgreens in Evans, Ga. Price $125.00. I spoke with the store manager and she confirmed $125.00 was the correct price. But a few days ago I found out (from the store) that a mistake had been made - the price increase is to go into effect in March this year. (from about $65.00 a carton to $125.00 per carton). When I asked for a refund of the difference between what I was charged and the actual price of the cigarettes, I was told they could not do that because the price was going up in March anyway. WTH. I bought the cigarettes in Feb. I just hope their pharmacists are not this ignorant. Will never go into a Walgreens again. Will post on all my social media pages.
