I really appreciate brick and mortar stores where they are staffed with people willing to help. I have been with Verizon for at least 10 years and anytime I need help I always find willing Associates at this store. Also I consider myself old school and I appreciate the fact I can pay with cash at the kiosk.

Went in to hopefully get a phone repaired and staff gave us very detailed information about the claim process. He was very knowledgeable about all the current sales and deals that were currently going on. Very honest and upfront about everything. I would recommend to anyone currently with Verizon to visit and especially those wanting to switch.

We went to this store on 1/28 at 1pm. There was no one waiting ahead of us. The person checking people in greeted us and said he would check us in shortly he was helping a customer. We waited 15 minutes, then another couple came in, he jumped up from his customer and checked them in. Not another word was said to us. No check in. Nothing. We went to another Verizon store to get 2 new phones and Apple Watches and to start a new line. Was it because we are women? Because we are gay? Or because we are invisible? Who knows. Zero stars. Don’t recommend.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Would give 0 star if that was an option.We waited for over 90min to get help even though there were only 5 customer ahead of us. There were several sales rep just hanging around but not helping speed up the service.When it finally got to our turn, the rep gave us a hard time for a simple trade in request to claim a promotion, and then turned us to another Verizon saying there is nothing she can help us with even though they are the corporate location?? Extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time!Worse Verizon experience ever!!

I came in to get help with finishing a trade-in for a new phone plan I recently opened ($1,000 promotion) from a different verizon store. I waited for 1 hour and 30 min until I was finally assisted; associates came in and out of the back-room ‘looking busy.’ Associate didn’t know how to complete the process and didn’t care to troubleshoot. In fact, she immediately recommended me to return to the original verizon store I initially created the phone plan.I still like verizon over other providers, but this was the worst experience I’ve had thus far.

We came in a few days ago and wanted to port a number from another carrier to a new Verizon line. We were assisted by Toriana who was extremely helpful in this process and assisted us with getting all the necessary information. The entire time she also kept a positive attitude and was very welcoming. While at the store, a Verizon customer support agent called and told us some porting information was wrong. The issues arose from poor logistic setup on behalf of AT&T. However, the Verizon customer support agent went out of her way to work with us to obtaining the correct information through multiple unhelpful and depressing AT&T customer support agents. The Verizon store manager stepped in as well and provided excellent assistance with some supplemental tasks with setting up the new line. Working with AT&T was like pulling teeth while Verizon was extremely welcoming and helpful. Considering the help of Toriana, the store manager, and the Verizon customer support agent, we have no plans of looking elsewhere for any service carriers! 10/10 would highly recommend.

I stopped by earlier in the week to help out my mom. I am not a Verizon customer but my mom is (now) through a corporate account. We needed help rolling her corp number from AT&T to Verizon. I had done the AT&T part as I had a port-pin. I was not on either account thought I had permission to do what I was trying to do. This was not a normal request but everyone at the Verizon store was super nice, helpful, and polite. They made the entire process as stressless as possible.Sade was great and I thank her for her assistance as well as the manager that was on duty at the time (I do not remember his name)

Just leaving this review in hopes of corporate seeing it. STOP SELLING OUT TO THIRD PARTIES. The money isn't worth the business you're going to lose. I've been a Verizon customer for the last decade and for the first time, I want to switch providers. Anything I do or need help with, I have to go through a third party. They read me some script they're given, don't actually help, and waste half of my day. If I'm paying your high prices, I should at least get a real person in real time helping me when and if I need it. Such a shame.

Best service around but always adding more charges and wanting more money. Went to get a wifi box and they force u to change plans to be able to get box. We were grandfathered into the old plans. Made me change my plan and bill went up 55.00 a month

Alberto helped fix my monthly plan on my business phone today. He was very fast and professional. In my opinion he is the best manager at this store he knows how to multi task very well and knows how to delegate his time to certain tasks.

Eric and Alexander made switching accounts and upgrading phones very simple! They also helped us with upgrading our iPad! Will definitely use their store again.
