Unlimited wash club sticker was changed to a different car without my permission, I was unable to change back even with the card used to pay for the membership in hand. The employees didn’t scrub or even run the brush over before heading inside the wash. The wash itself could also use some work as it didn’t even clean the car. I asked to cancel the membership and was told she’d get right on it.. we will see. Don’t go here!!

I have used the service 2 times and all was fine. The third time I was asked if I wanted to join the unlimited wash program and I said no. The attendant put a sticker on my car and said "you can have free washes for 30 days". I remember saying "just a long as I am not charged" and he said "NO, you won't be". Today I was notified of a $49.97 charge. Beware of sneaky tactics, liars and outright theft. Obviously I am alerting my card company and will try to get my money back but from all reviews the particular franchise is a really poor representation of the brand.

Rarely have clean towels available and the attendants are rush and do a bad job washing the back so they can get back to their phones. Car wash itself is good though!

Went there today 1 guy standing be entrance 1 guy cleaning cars and 2 guys walking around Sun 26th May at 3:16 and no towels to dry car with. This is not the first time that this has happened.

Very disappointed. $30 and after I could easily still see visible dirt on my hood. Spots around mirrors were still very dirty. Don't believe I will be back.
