I bought this certified BMW car about three years ago. When I drove it home, it had a small shake to it. I called the dealership. They said, bring it back so the next day my husband followed me and we took it back to the dealership. By the time we got there it was shaking so bad, and the service person came out. He was going to take it for a test drive instead he took it right to the back of the building. The front wheel had not been tightened and almost fell off the car.
I took the car in for service on May 10 because my engine light was on. They said I needed a new catalytic converter and a new gearshift which they replaced 10 days later, I was able to pick up my car, no loaner was offered. I drove it home and just before I turned onto my street, the engine light came back on again. I called the dealership and was told that they couldn’t get me in until June 4 for a loaner car, so I waited till June 4 and the today is June 12 and I had to call them, to see what was wrong with my car and find out when I could get it back. at 5:20 tonight they finally called and said it was done and I could pick it up either tonight by six or pick it up tomorrow. all this time they’ve had my car. I asked what they did to it and was told that they had to replace the Lambda Sensor, but he didn’t know what that was, and I would have to talk to the service person when I came to pick up my car.
The Service Communication is terrible! They could care less. I will never buy another BMW from them. I am thoroughly dissatisfied!

I personally haven't dealt with this BMW dealership because they do not offer same day pre-purchase inspections to non-dealership buyers. When I spoke with Missy, she was very nice but seemed a bit uninformed to be a "Service Manager". It's a shame really, because every other BMW I've purchased did, and they earned a solid customer for the years I owned the cars in their respective areas. Ocala, Fl has an awesome dealership, as does Wilmington, NC, and both are extremely accommodating.

Every time I think my expectations can't get lower they find a way to disappoint me. I wouldn't buy a bike from them. Rude, horrible customer service, bad at financing, not good at warranties, WORST DEALERSHIP I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!! It's not hard to walk up to a customer and just say hi. They can't even get the basics right.

I had an unfortunate incident that resulted in getting 2 flat tires on my X5 while in the middle of a 2 1/2 hour drive to the Masters. BMW Road Side Assistance gave me the option of having my car towed to Taylor BMW which is on close proximity to Augusta National. At the time, I didn't realize what a blessing in disguise this was. The Service Manager, Brian Moon, provided me and my daughter, the type of Customer service that is rarely seen in this day and age! His primary focus was to ensure this unfortunate event didn't spoil our highly anticipated day. He provided us with a loner vehicle with zero hesitation, which allowed us to be in the Masters gate by 11:30. Depending on the extent of the damage to my X5, he would have allowed me to take the loner back to my home and would deliver my car, once repairs were made! Luckily, only the 2 new tires, and an alignment were needed. After we returned the loner, we were on the road and heading back home at 7:00 that evening! Special thanks to Brian Moon, and Business Manager, Luis Olmo, for their help and courtesy. When me and any family members are in the market for a BMW, we will surely make the trip to Taylor!

Peter was extremely helpful and patient throughout the research and buying process. We tested several of the X series before decided on an X1. Our trade-in was fair and comparable to other offers we received in the area. I’m very happy with the overall experience and the new car!

Terrible service. I was told that I needed an engine for a piece of aluminum that broke off of the engine block that didn't cause any leaks or stop the engine from functioning properly. If they didn want to work on my 2004 BMW that's all they should have said. Instead they charged me 450 dollars and dis nothing. If you have an older BMW that you want to keep on the road this is not the BMW for you.

The team at Taylor is fantastic. I bought a used 750 that had 2 problems a few months later. Taylor paid for it all to be repaired at another BMW dealer to save me a return visit . Sam Jones and Tim Rivers were so helpful and went above and beyond to resolve the issues. I will definately buy from them again !

This is our second BMW purchase from Taylor. Our client advisor is Luis. He is amazing and driven to achieve impecable cusomer service satisfaction. He adds a huge dose of humor. We laughed through the entire process. Luis continues to go out of his way even after the sale. He has gone out of his way to meet all of our expectations in every way. Everyone at Taylor BMW from sales to management to the service department represents the expectation of delivering exceptional customer service. I visit the showroom each week for the complimentary wash. They go out of their way to offer each and every service with genuine kindness and respect .
Rocky in service is amazing and you feel like you are his only customer . He is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Austin is always available to walk me "patiently" through technology questions that arrive and Cindy and Josh went out of their way in finance to meet my expectations. I high recommend Luis and Taylor when looking to purchase a BMW. Love my car and this dealership.

Keenan was exceptional and is a consummate professional! He was extremely patient with us in deciding to buy our vehicle. There was no high pressure salesman tactics that other dealers do or even the opposite as some dealers judge your appearance and decide you’re not going to buy a car. He was engaging and responded immediately to all calls or emails as we carefully made the decision to buy. Luis was also exceptional and I really enjoyed the shared military experiences. Taylor BMW and Keenan will definitely be getting more of my business going forward!
