The employees here at this bank contribute to the poor reputation that Truist currently holds. The bankers lack integrity and they lack decency for their consumers. There are other banks that outperform Truist in the area of customer service....

This bank left me stranded in Florida during my Presidential day weekend vacation. Unable to use my old SunTrust card, my credit card or new debit card. I was on hold 2 hours on Sunday and 8.5 hours on Monday. I still can't use my credit card. My rewards from that card are now gone. I spoke with a minimum of 10 people. Even contacted my local bank. They don't even deserve 1 Star, Follow up I went to my local bank and they said they would give me a gift card for all my issues 10 days later nothing! They have lost a customer. Manger did not follow through with her promises to make things right!

Truist Bank in Evans , Georgia provides" Horrible Service" to Long,Time Customer.My wife has banked with Truist since the 1970's. We were treatedhorribly at closing after completing several transactions with Taylor who was Wonderful. We needed customer service afterwards.AND MS. K was RUDE and told us that the bank was CLOSED.We had been there since 12:10PMMy wifr and I only needed assistance with online access to our accounts.

I have got to know every employee over the years & they treat me like the most important client ? The manager Rhonda takes care of so many things that most people would have to go online to find the answer or solution. I’m not very good with all the computer stuff, Rhonda makes it simple??✅

Verizon took $1000 out of my account for a phone I did not order. Filed a claim with SunTrust even had a witness hear them say they charged me instead of purchase. Filed a claim with SunTrust said they didnt have enough information and denied my claim. Find a bank who will have their customers back cause SunTrust is not the bank.

I keep calling this branch for the past four days this month and I am unable to reach anyone. Every time I am suppose to leave a message. When I did finally get a person last month, she was very annoyed as if I was bothering her. Your customer service is horrible. You are not the only bank around.
