When the initial screen I bought to replace my broken one came in damaged from the manufacturer, they very quickly got another one in and fixed my phone with no extra charge. Not only did they carefully and patiently assist me with the sign-up process, they made sure my daughter received a new phone and case. Ebony went to great lengths to make sure I was awarded every discount available while Laniah worked on transferring phone data and everything else needed to make sure the new phone was working.
