Helpful employees, relatively clean store. Sold out of many items in standard colors - grout, countertops in stock but matching side splashes only available online. But, ordering these items is also easy for store pickup here. Selections have good variety and the store hours are helpful for home projects you didn't anticipate needing the right amount of anything. This is my go-to Lowe's location for our area.

Went in to get paint last week and I told the gentleman what color I wanted and he kindly found the color in the computer and mixed it up. Very quick and helpful. I then went to get a 5 gallon bucket of the same color and had the most horrible experience. The man at the paint counter today refused to help finding the same color because he had other orders. Even though I waited my urn fairly in line. I then walked away and asked to speak with the manager and that went just as poorly. I explained my situation and instead of helping he just kept saying the guys was busy. Understandable, but I wasn't asking for him to skip other orders as stated I waited my turn in line and was ready to wait for my order to be completed. The people in front of me took very long discussing all their color options and getting their questions answered but when it came to my order he didn't have the time and refused to help. The manager continued to defend this man's poor attitude and rudeness while rolling his eyes at me. My husband works for a large corporation spending thousands upon thousands at your stores and has never had such poor customer service by the Evans manager.

Finally able to go on with the project :) highly recommend

I had to return a dishwasher we had purchased from the clearance section. I checked the return policy and since we had purchased on our lowes card and was within 30 days and had my original receipt should've been easy. We'll leave it to this lowes to make it much harder. As soon as the returns clerk called to speak to her manager and I saw who was slowly approaching with all the time in the world, I knew from a prior insistence we had in the lumber department. this was going to be great. I believe he's the store manager??you wouldn't know cuz he doesn't introduce himself nor wear a badge but after my husband dealt w him on how my husband has been in retail management for 15 years and wouldn't stand for his employees to speak to us like they did. all he did was ask us if that was all we needed?didn't offer an apology! didn't speak to the cashier! in-fact when my husband said to him yea you can load the lumber since my wife was helping me move 3 different pieces of plywood all in the wrong place. That was just blamed on customers putting things up wrong though there was about 6 in the wrong place! I guess the customer was stalking for them also. So I was ready for his lovely attitude which he didn't disappoint! Said he needed to see the dishwasher which was still attached to the pallet we had just decided we didn't want it. he starts to tell me you have 24 hours to bring back a clearance item in appliances so you need to go through warranty. Really? Even though I bought w a lowes card? He said what are you trying to return it? Ugh YES! We'll just drive up and I'll get someone to get it out the truck. Again no apologies for nothing not even for the misinformation (lie) he told me. It's clearly stated in the return policy on the website so why couldn't he have just handled it w a better attitude? There are a lot of great people that work at that lowes, but when management stops caring it's like a cancer that eats through the entire store. My husband has offered to hire people on the spot to show how appreciative he is when someone goes above and beyond and it's hard to find employees that care about their job and this lowes doesn't deserve them. It sucks that we have a lowes Cc I'd go to home depot every time if not. But we've spent almost 20,000 in the store on our home Reno and it's sickening to me to keep bringing our hard earned money to be spent in a store that cares so little about consumers it's ridiculous!! Sorry so long but hopefully corporate will pay attention if they see how important it is to the customer to be treated like the want your business rather than we are lucky to be able to walk through the door!!

I've used this and others Lowe's many times over several years but this store is disappointing compared to many that Ive been to. it's not the products, but the management The last visit and probably last ever was to order some lumber for delivery that included 150 1x6 fence pickets. they we're delivered in a pallet that I moved after the delivery truck left. when I got to the middle of the stack, several boards had been previously used. Screw holes, some already cut and with pencil lines drawn in to cut. they were purposly put in the middle of the stack to disguise them with new boards. I took them back and got a refund after waiting 30 min in line. i told and showed the person at the return desk and left my name and number and requested the store manager call me. I never heard from anyone . I also got the normal survey in my email and put the Same info in it and contact information. I never heard from anyone either. It just leaves me with the impressikn that there's not alot of value placed on customers at this store. from here on out, I'll go out of my way to avoid it and Lowe's altogether even if I have to pay more somewhere else

Had a new Refrigerator delivered by SPRINT which is Lowes "contractor" Company for appliances. Delivery people did not want to hook up water until I asked. They did not want to put the handles on and when I demanded, they put them on upside down and insisted thats they way they were supposed to be. They would not remove any tape or shrink wrap or styrofoam packing. I found dents in the refrigerator and contacted Lowes which put me in touch with SPRINT to schedule a replacement. Four days later a different team shows up with the replacement and they got angry when I wanted to see the condition of the fridge before I went through the trouble of removing my front door to get it in the house. It looked good so we went in to show the team where the kitchen was and while I was showing them the poor job their constituents performed the king pin stated he had nothing to do with that and questioned why I was showing it to him. And then the main man stood in my house and accused me of having an attitude and getting in his personal space. IN MY HOUSE. At that time I did get an attitude and I did get in his personal space as I promptly threw him and his esteemed colleague out of my house. I then went to Home Depot and purchased the same fridge for a good bit less and their delivery team was outstanding. Then I had the displeasure of having to deal with the same inept Lowes contractor to pick up the original banged up unit. It too was a nightmare. They were to be there between 2 and 6 pm. At 7 pm I am on the phone with the expert, crack management staff with SPRINT and they informed me the team was a short distance away and would be there pronto. They showed up at 10 pm. Save yourself much unnecessary pain and agony and Avoid Lowes Appliances at all costs.

Worst Lowes I've ever seen. Everything from mixing up delivery orders to embarrassing me in front of customers because they can't look you up in the system. Just an all round unprofessional business.

I told my friend the deal on appliances was not worth the hassle, but they were paying and I was just there to lend a helping hand. Say I was a business owner and had a sub-contractor work for me and they perform shoddy work, Would I be responsible for the completion of a project or if anything was not completed in the entirety of the Scope of Work? That would be an emphatically resounding YES, such was today's dilemma. Refrigerator was being delivered while I was away, return to see empty water bottle in driveway with Styrofoam debris strips. Go in see fridge is connected to water line and has power, but protective film and secure tape is still attached. I proceed to remove film and tape only to open the front and freezer drawers have protective film and tape attached, but get this..instruction manual is still secured in a taped deli tray. Hop in car, go back to Lowe's and ask for the Store Manager, Front Desk Supv. asks me what is problem in reference to and I told him an appliance delivery, he gets back on the phone with the Store Manger talks a bit and tells me that the Store Mgr will put a comment into the District Mgr for delivery because it is done through a third party. I am like what the what..I say Alrighty (in my Jim Carey voice) go outside for some fresh air, count to 10 and proceed back to the the Front Desk. I ask to see the Store Manager and as I am waiting, there are a few other employees at the front desk and appears the SM. At this time, I hear someone asks, "Can I help you?" and I reply "No thank you I am waiting on Christine the Store Mgr." She appears miffed at the query and replies, "I am Cristine, Sir!" Mind you half of her body is behind a C-19 protective divider so I cannot SEE the nametag (what a first impression!) I inform her of the sub par workmanship of the delivery and show her pictures which she immediately tells me that Lowes uses a third party delivery company for products that come from the warehouse. Why is that companies these days are not taking responsibility for their Brand name? The first statement should have been I apologize for the inconvenience and will investigate this further, how can we rectify the situation? No, it was all about the blame game that Lowes did not do this but our new third party delivery company was responsible. Really Lowes...I expected better. I like the majority of Lowe's products but when in town I will make that extra drive... gas prices or not to purchase from other locations.

Do not purchase an appliance from Lowes for delivery. They were to delivery to my home with a four hour window. The four hour window passed and 5 calls were made to the store with no success in reaching the appliance department. One more call and a store manager spoke to me on the phone who had to call the delivery company to find out why my delivery had not been made yet. It's now 1.5 hours pass the delivery window and the manager calls back to tell me he spoke to the delivery company and they would be at my location in 15 minutes. I told him to tell the delivery company not to come to my home as I will be coming back to the store tomorrow to cancel the entire order. Now 45 minutes later after speaking to the manager, I received a voice mail from the delivery guy stating he would be at my home in 15 minutes. It's surprising to me that the manager didn't relay the info to the delivery company and they are now contacting me 6 hours after the delivery window begun. They think everything is fine and their delays were not an inconvenience for me. They wasted my entire afternoon and that's time I'll never get back! How about calling me when you when you realize you can't follow thru with the delivery you set the time for. Not 2 hours after the time has passed. Needless to say, I will never order anything from Lowes for delivery.

Time to remulch our yard and Home Depot had not one bag of black mulch. We ventured over here and they have all the black mulch your heart could desire. They also had gardening gloves for my husband which was nice because the other store only had them for women. The interior is clean, employees are easily available, and we're usually in and out. They offer military discount if you have it linked to your account.

Went through Lowe's program. Do not use their flooring program. The contractor they use is the worst Ive every heard of. They cut door jams with no dust bag or vacuum so entire house had to be cleaned. They hit and gouged walls wit the flooring planks, there were pencil lines on the walls, one ]guy refused to use a straight edge to make a line for cutting, they leaned doors they took off against the freshly paintwd walls and when I barked at them for that they leaned them against another wall...wtf. When doors were put back up there were greasy handprints on the white doors and pins from the hinges were missing that were once there. I have door that wont close now, the basevoard molding they installed after I had painted it is smeared with silicone and is laden with dirty fingerprints that cant be washed off. They wiped the silicone off their hands on the flooring and carpet. I had staples from their nail gun all over the yard. They did all their cuttin just outside the front door and everytime someone opened athe door all the cutting dust came in, they even left the door open so the sae could blow in the cutting dust. They removed a toilet and never reinstalled it. After comaining about it Lowes told me a plumber was coming out to install but the flooring guys showed up and when they installed the toilet and turned the water on, water sprayed all over the fresh paint in the bathroom. I threw them a towel told them to wipe it up and get out. Had to get a real plumber in to complete the job. KELLER INTERIORS made more of a mess than my renovation required. Everything they touched had to be fixed or required additional work. I wish the owner would come by and see the shotty work that is being done. I cannot translate the dissatisfaction I am feeling. Never in my life have I ever had to clean up after an installation. My house was treated like a jobsite under construction. DO NOT LET KELLER INTERIORS IN YOUR HOUSE!

My first experience with Lowes, the worst I have ever had. Ordered appliance in May, after several phone calls now the items are on back order. Seems like the measurements that were forced upon us are incorrect and now we are told we need to purchase a different appliance. Called corporate office and still getting the run around. I have waited on the phone with corporate offices for 1 hour only to be transferred to store and placed on hold again. Latest call states the store manager is to call to fix the problem. If I could give them a negative star I would. Next time Home Depot all the way.

Stood in electrical section for 30 minutes waiting on Assistance of purchasing the right fuse . I spoke to 3 sales reps that couldn't help and even called the store for assistance. Someone in the store should be a subject matter expert but apparently not

With their large selection of hardware. Surprisingly I found car cleaning products here. Their associates were always helpful since the app loaded so slowly on my phone.
