Had a mower delivered today..it was used. Went to store to have the situation resolved and Andres P. took care of it immediately. I will have my new mower tomorrow. He was so courteous and professional.. He made it RIGHT..with no excuses. Lowes has a great employee ? .Lowes needs more ? gems like him.

With their large selection of hardware. Surprisingly I found car cleaning products here. Their associates were always helpful since the app loaded so slowly on my phone.

After two years of giving them another chance, this Lowe's has stepped up their game. The management has obviously taken time to invest in the employees.
