Kaye was super nice and sweet, very helpful and listened well - highly recommend her to help you out with your purchase. Great experience. Will update when my furniture arrives in a couple months. Yes...a couple months, as they custom make their furniture unless you happen to order what's in stock, which I didn't. :)

Sales associate was not pushy and she allowed us to look about freely, which was very nice. Upon noticing our intention to purchase she was very helpful and explained different options.

Great furniture, terrible customer service. In the beginning of March we purchased two custom-made sofas, an area rug and a rug pad. We knew at purchase time that the sofas would take 6-8 weeks to be made and then delivered. At the time we were told our rug would be delivered before our couches and given an estimated delivery day. That day came and went…no communication from Teri or the store. I ended up calling and was told that it would now be into May before the rug would come in.
Our couches arrived. Still no rug. No communication. May came and went, I called and texted (multiple times) before finally getting a response from Teri saying “it’ll now be July 19th.” At this point I told them I would like a refund for that portion of the order or for a different rug that is in stock, which I was told could not happen.
July 19th has now come and gone, still no word from Teri. I have texted her personal number several times asking for an update. I have called the store twice, each time being told that Teri would call me back with an update. No return call.
I understand there are delays, those things happen. However the lack of communication is unacceptable. I could’ve ordered a rug online (at a better price) but I didn’t. They could at least have the professionalism to stay in touch with their customers about the status of their orders. Very disappointed in how they’ve handled (or not handled) this situation

In the fall of 2021, I purchased two identical leather sofas, a fabric recliner, two end tables, and a coffee table. I was satisfied with these purchases until I noticed the color peeling off the top-grain leather patch on one of the sofas. Fortunately, I had a 10-year leather warranty sold to me by La-Z-Boy. However, after submitting a claim, it was denied because the issue was deemed a defect rather than an accident, and I was instructed to contact the store for assistance.
The store advised me to submit a service request, which I did. The service department then informed me that my couch, which was less than three years old, was out of warranty and that I would need to pay for the repair, which cost half the price of the couch itself for just one defective leather panel.
When I attempted to discuss the situation with the store manager, I was repeatedly told the issue could be due to sweat or some other factor. However, the same "sweat" would have affected the adjacent leather pieces and other areas of the other couches, yet only this one panel had an issue. I've owned cheaper, imported couches that have lasted longer.
Be cautious before purchasing anything from La-Z-Boy, and definitely do not pay for any extended warranty, as it is a waste of money.

We had a great experience working with Tia and Jenny on selecting furniture for our living room. Through their effort (and patients), we were able to select the right furniture to meet our needs. Now La-Z-Boy ain’t cheap; however, we were able to select the style and finish that we wanted without settling on whatever is on the showroom floor. So now we are exercising patients as we wait a few months for our furniture to arrive.

MS. Kaye Rainey was so professional, informative and patient. There was no rushing me and assisted me in making the best decision with my needs in mind. Because of her I will make it the place for my next purchase.

What they don’t tell you. I have had my 8 grand worth of furniture for a little over a year and the leather is fading. What they don’t tell you if your on blood pressure medicine or other things the oils from your skin will change the color of leather. And of course not under warranty.
