Very knowledgeable, honest, and experienced. Have taken two cars there for what seemed like major issues, and they were able to diagnose the problem and make recommendations immediately. And they did so with a honest assessment of what was needed and not needed. Would highly recommend their services.

This place used to be one of the best tire places in Augusta but unfortunately I can't say that any longer I had road hazard warranty took a tire there to be fixed or replaced it turned around and charged me full amount for another tire I will never be back and I won't recommend anybody to go to this place

Their technician showed up promptly. The equipment had rolled the tire off the rim. It took many attempts to repair the tire and he used everything he knew to get it done. I was very impressed with him. What great service.

Make sure you check your vehicle for damage before you leave the parking. I had a brand new wheel scratched which they remover from the box when tire was installed. Did not notice until I installed them.\nJust recently I just had a driver door scratched on my truck while new tires were installed.

I was conflicted about making this post because I don’t like to cause issues, but I’ve never dealt with something like this before. I went in to get my recently purchased car seen for service. Which was Saturday, January 7 around 12:40. I was going in to drop my vehicle off, and someone made the appointment on my behalf, due to the fact that he stated he has been a loyal customer for years. This was my very first encounter. I went in and greeted them, and told them I was bringing in my (description of vehicle) to be serviced. There were 3 gentleman standing at the front. I’m assuming the manger, without even checking to see if he knew what I was talking about, immediately said he didn’t have anything today or anything at all for my car. No greeting, no customer service etiquette. (I’ve been in customer service for over 10 years) Knowing I had already talked to the person who made the appointment and gave me the address to the location, I was sure that I was in the right place, especially since they had been a loyal customer. He asked what I was in for again (this time with an attitude) as if I was an issue, or as if I was bothering them before their closing time. I then became upset. He mentioned that they closed in 15 minutes which I was already aware of. I call the person who made the appointment on my behalf, while they are laughing. Not sure what was funny…and he then confirmed I was at the right place and he had told them that I was coming by earlier that day. I had him on speaker phone so the workers heard entire conversation. The rude worker did not apologize, simply said “key” , asked what was wrong with the car, and said that he’d contact the man who made the appointment on my behalf. I said thank you and left livid. I felt discriminated against simply because I was a young minority female. Fast forward to picking up my vehicle, I get the key to find rodent droppings all over my back seat and under my seats. Damage done to my car from whatever rodent was inside. I went back into the establishment and told them what I found, and came outside to inspect. No words. Once the droppings were spotted, they came back with gloves and a flash light to where he then removed what droppings he found with his hands and threw them out, and came back with a spray and wiped down the seats… the man who helped me clean the car out was polite and did apologize…. yesterday I found more droppings underneath my seat. The cleaning was not thorough, and I feel if this were someone else this would have been handled differently. I am extremely disappointed, upset, and scared to even drive my car because of a rodent from their garage. I truly believe they already knew about the rodent in my car, because they also moved my air freshener that had scratches and bite marks on it. To where you couldn’t see it. I’m also missing an iPhone charger. I would never go back here. Very unprofessional. I also have video of the rat droppings and damage from the rodent. I guess on the bright side, my car is running much better and the service did not take that long.
