Don’t usually have a complaint about Home Depot in Evans. It’s our go-to store. Today in the Garden Department, I had to load several heavy concrete landscape blocks while an employee socialized three feet away from me. After I loaded the blocks in my cart, he asked someone else if they needed help. I told him I could’ve used help, but he was too busy chatting up some young girl. Customer service was lacking in that department on this date. As I said, not usually a problem but today left me with a bad taste.

Worst curbside pick up! Tried twice, waiting over 20 minutes, have to go inside to get the order.

INCOMPETENT, DESTRUCTIVE, DISHONEST -- Home Depot contracted Stone interiors, LLC as its service provider to install quartz countertops in my kitchen. This company is so incompetent that they literally ruined the product I paid for. In addition, they left exposed razor blades in my kitchen, damaged a $2000 console, and refuse to admit liability. I tried working with them regarding the countertops and gave them multiple opportunities to correct the work they'd done, but every time someone came out, they just made it worse! They couldn't get the seams right (dark, nicotine yellow on a white countertop) and left adhesive/epoxy all over the place. They sent someone out to try and correct that issue, and he manually sanded certain areas, which altered the actual surface of the material so it's horribly streaked and inconsistent. My product is under warranty. Home Depot is so shady they expect me to allow this same service provider that caused the problems in the first place back into my home. Really??? I requested a different service provider to remove/replace my countertops, but now I am getting the silent treatment. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!

Had an online order but could not find the correct tool to fulfill the order. The manager on duty went above and beyond to correct and be sure I had a tool needed to complete job!

The Home Depot has come a long way in recent years. It seems like the quality and selection of products offered is much better that others. Prices are fair and there are many times that its is a deal. The most important thing is that you are spoken to, asked if you need help and these people really care. Customer service exists in the Augusta GA location and the 1 store in Evans GA. These store are always well stocked and neat and clean. In these times of "WHOS GOT IT" they are doing a great JOB finding merchandise.

We come here first because it's what we'd do if we were back home in Virginia. Creatures of habit I suppose. They didn't have much of anything that we were looking for. Absolutely no black mulch, small to women sized gardening gloves - none for men, and not a friendly face in sight. They do however offer military discount with a valid ID.

Terrible customer service! I spent a lot of money for a new dryer and installation, and they installed it incorrectly. I called and called and finally live chatted with three service representatives who ultimately told me to "fix it yourself." HORRIBLE customer service. Beware. (Also, they stole my personal dolly from my garage.)

I had a horrible experience. When i purchased my equipment on Sunday may 2, i asked the young lady questions about returning and my window of return. I also asked her if for whatever reason i didn't like could i return. She gave me my window and didn't say anything about the product had to be in a box. She actually told me to open the box on delivery and check to make sure there were no dings and scratches. My dishwasher was delivered on Saturday may 8. I opened the box to ensure no damage and the dishwasher was installed and never uses because i had someone come over and tell me my dish washer hose was bad. I called and spoke with Phillip the manager and he said because there was no box and he couldn't resell it, then i couldn't return it. Who has $600 to throw away. I need someone from corporate to give me a call or reply to this message.

An associate will help you. If that person isn't quite sure, they don't hesitate to get another customer service representative to guide you with anything.

Every time I come to this store my experience is worse each time. No one helps you, everyone is standing around talking to each other rather than helping customers that are walking in circles trying to find things. When you make eye contact they walk away. This is a customer service job, if you don't want to help customers stay home. I will be shopping at Lowe's from here on out, as soon as you walk in the door they greet you and basically do the shopping for you!

My mom purchased a gas grill from this location to be delivered to her home (paid extra) because she is 100% disabled and doesn't have a spouse to help her with it. a delivery date was set up and the grill wasn't delivered on that day. Upon calling the store she was informed it would be up to a month before the grill was delivered even though it was in store. We went to the store to try and cancel the order and buy one at that time, we were told they couldn't cancel the order

Make employee would not even get out of his chair to her me and young female employee. Just pointed which way we should walk to find item...which was sold out but showed in stock. Glad I drove 30 minutes for this exceptional service.

I went to Home Depot with my 84 yr. old Mother-in-Law on 520 N. Belair Rd. In Evans, Ga. 30809 to buy a new dishwasher. We had planned on paying cash / check for our purchase, but the sales lady for the dishwasher offered us a discount if we opened up a Home Depot credit card. My Mom-in-law and I stood for at least 10 minutes while the sales lady was on the phone about the Home Depot card. I then found a chair for my Mom-in-law and we waited another 25 minutes only to be told that it couldn't be done for whatever reason. The sales lady then escorted us to a young white lady cashier with pink hair and ponytails to complete our cash / check transaction. My Mom-in-law wrote a check for the dishwasher and for Home Depot to install and it took another 15 minutes on the phone for the cashier to tell us she was having a problem getting through to verify the check. By this time, we had been waiting 50 minutes - half of the time standing with my Mom-in-law with a cane. The pink haired-pony tail cashier then starts to explain why it's taking so long to verify s check. I tell the cashier, "okay just verify the check...we've been waiting almost an hour already." This young girl tells me to calm down. Granted we've been standing around for almost an hour in this time of Covid-19 with our masks on; however, the cashier didn't have a mask on, nor did a lot of the employees at that store. Also, they're wearing yellow tags on their uniforms stating, "we're practicing social distancing - please stay 6 ft away from me," but then they walk right up on you almost touching you with no mask on. By this time I am fuming over the attitude the cashier just gave me telling me to "calm down." I said, "we can just go somewhere else," and immediately the cashier pushes our check over to us. "Well if that's what you want to do." Really? I said, "let me talk to your manager," but by then I felt so disrespected by this cashier and uncomfortable for the lack of social distancing by their employees or lack of wearing a mask that I just wanted to get out of there. My Mom-in-law has always preferred Lowe's over Home Depot, but I have always preferred Home Depot over Lowe's. Not anymore! You really disappointed me Evans, Ga. Home Depot...I've spent a lot of money over the years with your store. Not only did you lose out on a $1000 sale today, but you will never get my money again, and I will discourage everyone I know from patronizing your store.
