Todd was so helpful and compassionate during the final stage of my Mom's life. He reacted quickly when we were moving her to Evans from Alabama on short notice. I found Todd to have the highest degree of honesty and empathy. I would highly recommend Georgia Carolina Mobility and would use them again with hesitation if needed.

Hot unadulterated garbage. VA put in the p.o. for the display on my scooter a year ago. Part was, apparently, ordered. Called the VA... nothing. Todd called asking for a picture of the display not working. Sent pic and video to his cell phone. Nothing. Called. Todd said it can take a while sometimes. Called VA. Nothing. Now we are at the present, a year later, and I can not be patient any more. Todd tried to flip the script back to me like I'm being unreasonable. A year later and I'm being "unreasonable." So, reported him to the VA and will be contacting the IG for an investigation. Hot garbage.

Reasonable rates. I fear this may because of the state of the equipment. My experience has been there was significant maintenance issues with some of the equipment.

They couldn't have been nicer, provided a better scooter or been easier to work with. I highly recommend. I hope I don't hurt myself again, but they are my guys if I do.
