I never had a worse experience getting appliances. Here is the timeline of my experience after placing my order on 8/11/2023 and didn't get them until 9/20/2023.Here are the delivery attempts:August 14, 2023 - damaged pedestal so everything had to go backAugust 23, 2023 - forgot the washer nothing deliveredSept. 2, 2023 - Had trouble with the dryer door, but left appliances (no hook up)Sept. 5, 2023 - 2nd team came and couldn't fix dryer door. Had to re-order dryer Sept. 14, 3023 - cancelled delivery because of an "emergency". Said earliest delivery date is MondayMy husband later received an email stating delivery will be made Monday, September 18th.September 18, 2023 - After not hearing from anyone this morning, I called HD and was told they didn't show a delivery today. He said if a delivery is scheduled, there is an all day window and they would call 30 minutes prior.My husband called later that day and the rep said we're scheduled for Wednesday. After explaining the situation she assured him that our appliance would be delivered today. Did not hear from HD.September 19,2023 - received a call saying that we are scheduled for Wednesday and they will be here between 7 AM and 11 AM.September 20, 2021 - Attached the door to dryer, but stated it couldn't put the door on opposite side as we wanted. They did hook up appliances.We can finally wash at home after having to go to the laundromat for over a month. I will never use them again!!!

Melissa B, girl you're the best so knowledgeable, Jessie Blue ( gummy bear ) man did you not only make my experience easy but you helped every step of the way, Java girl wow just the patience alone you have. All of you handled all the situations with grace and professionalism. Thank y'all for helping us and our family through this time in our remodeling! I hope this gives you recognition. If you go to this location request them. They know what their doing, especially with flooring! Be patient yall.

Associates are always nice and helpful. No problem with returns. Rung the bell on the way out. Very good experience! Will happily visit for all my household needs. And Auto supplies too! Motor oils, wipers blades, car fluids and cleaning products etc..

Don’t usually have a complaint about Home Depot in Evans. It’s our go-to store. Today in the Garden Department, I had to load several heavy concrete landscape blocks while an employee socialized three feet away from me. After I loaded the blocks in my cart, he asked someone else if they needed help. I told him I could’ve used help, but he was too busy chatting up some young girl. Customer service was lacking in that department on this date. As I said, not usually a problem but today left me with a bad taste.

INCOMPETENT, DESTRUCTIVE, DISHONEST -- Home Depot contracted Stone interiors, LLC as its service provider to install quartz countertops in my kitchen. This company is so incompetent that they literally ruined the product I paid for. In addition, they left exposed razor blades in my kitchen, damaged a $2000 console, and refuse to admit liability. I tried working with them regarding the countertops and gave them multiple opportunities to correct the work they'd done, but every time someone came out, they just made it worse! They couldn't get the seams right (dark, nicotine yellow on a white countertop) and left adhesive/epoxy all over the place. They sent someone out to try and correct that issue, and he manually sanded certain areas, which altered the actual surface of the material so it's horribly streaked and inconsistent. My product is under warranty. Home Depot is so shady they expect me to allow this same service provider that caused the problems in the first place back into my home. Really??? I requested a different service provider to remove/replace my countertops, but now I am getting the silent treatment. BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!

Had an online order but could not find the correct tool to fulfill the order. The manager on duty went above and beyond to correct and be sure I had a tool needed to complete job!

The Home Depot has come a long way in recent years. It seems like the quality and selection of products offered is much better that others. Prices are fair and there are many times that its is a deal. The most important thing is that you are spoken to, asked if you need help and these people really care. Customer service exists in the Augusta GA location and the 1 store in Evans GA. These store are always well stocked and neat and clean. In these times of "WHOS GOT IT" they are doing a great JOB finding merchandise.

We come here first because it's what we'd do if we were back home in Virginia. Creatures of habit I suppose. They didn't have much of anything that we were looking for. Absolutely no black mulch, small to women sized gardening gloves - none for men, and not a friendly face in sight. They do however offer military discount with a valid ID.

Terrible customer service! I spent a lot of money for a new dryer and installation, and they installed it incorrectly. I called and called and finally live chatted with three service representatives who ultimately told me to "fix it yourself." HORRIBLE customer service. Beware. (Also, they stole my personal dolly from my garage.)

I had a horrible experience. When i purchased my equipment on Sunday may 2, i asked the young lady questions about returning and my window of return. I also asked her if for whatever reason i didn't like could i return. She gave me my window and didn't say anything about the product had to be in a box. She actually told me to open the box on delivery and check to make sure there were no dings and scratches. My dishwasher was delivered on Saturday may 8. I opened the box to ensure no damage and the dishwasher was installed and never uses because i had someone come over and tell me my dish washer hose was bad. I called and spoke with Phillip the manager and he said because there was no box and he couldn't resell it, then i couldn't return it. Who has $600 to throw away. I need someone from corporate to give me a call or reply to this message.

Every time I come to this store my experience is worse each time. No one helps you, everyone is standing around talking to each other rather than helping customers that are walking in circles trying to find things. When you make eye contact they walk away. This is a customer service job, if you don't want to help customers stay home. I will be shopping at Lowe's from here on out, as soon as you walk in the door they greet you and basically do the shopping for you!
