Don’t bother bringing your package here. Courtney, the manager, just wants extra money from repackaging materials and services. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with them. My print services were so trash and because it was a custom print job, they refused to rectify the situation. The paper was creased and print quality POOR. There are several fedex locations to drop off and get office services in the area. Try those instead! No wonder they are “hiring”. I wouldn’t want to work under such a horrible manager either.

Asha was amazing, had a fast turn around producing an urgent order. She helped us place a large print order online and printed it within 30 minutes in hand.

Needed to print some custom cardstock and Asha was a wonderful help! Knowledgeable, professional and helped me get everything printed and cut to size in under 30min.

So grateful, in a world full of hate, good to know there are people being a light!I do an annual report on my son finances for the VA. So for the last three years I have used this store to make copies and fax the documents. It is not an easy task with the added organization of the paperwork. This time I wasn’t feeling well and was having back pain! Brandon, saved the day, he got me a chair to sit in and completed and ensured that everything was done. He, also assisted other customers in between helping me! I also observed his interaction with a customer who was very rude and wanted him to do something that was not store policy. The manager CAME over to explain the store’s policy to the customer. It was a sad display of a customer being rude!!! Kudos to the two store workers! A-1, service they deserve a bonus if this is what they have to deal with everyday!!!

I went to the store on December 28, 2023 to ship some china, family heirloom, to France, where I live. Brandon took care of everything, carefully packing each item for shipment. I'm back home in France, and the package arrived today, a day earlier than expected, and everything was perfectly intact. Highly recommend using this FedEx center for shipping, especially for delicate items.

I was at this store yesterday to print some documents from my email because the usual near by print store was short of staff in the afternoon around 3pm.I came out of the store with 3 page documents; non nearly the amount I wanted to print but had to wrap things up not only because the timer wasn't right, but also the lady that wRas the store manager was very Rude and condescending. I am not an illiterate and my experience operating a computer @ a minimum has been over 40 yearTo walk out of a print store and being charged $10 for with3 page document witha Very Rude Store manager in Evans FedEx is grossly disappointing.

The older woman who waited on us obviously hates her job & takes her frustrations out on her customers.Also, when another customer walked in we heard a different employee say “ I’m not waiting on him “Will never go back to this location.

this is like the less well stocked ugly step sister version of Robert C Daniel. staff generally seem brand new, hate their lives or hate everyone (dreadlocks guy). it's laughable if it wasnt' so sad. katrina's review sounds pretty much like every experience i've ever had here. nobody is going to help you with your box, with the door, or frankly anything that involves interrupting their screen time.

Asha went above and beyond for me today. Their system was giving me issues with printing and she was diligent in resolving the issue however she could quickly with a great helpful attitude.

2023-08: After having issues at local drop off locations with packages I was shipping via FedEx not being picked up when advertised (sometimes my package wouldn't be picked up for days), I decided to take a package to this store. I went in on a weekday and it was not busy, with only one customer inside. There were three employees working. Not one of them greeted me. The customer inside had to go out to his car for something and even before he returned, not one of the employees even acknowledged I was standing there. The other customer came back in and the young lady helping him came back to the counter to finish getting him. I stood there almost 5 minutes before a young man finally walked up to the counter to help me. He didn't greet me, just said, "You shipping that? Put it on the scale." He scanned it and asked me what was in my package. As I was telling him, he interrupted me and said, "Okay, here." Then he handed me the receipt and walked off. That was it. No greeting/acknowledgement of my coming in. No "We'll be with you in a moment. No asking if I needed assistance with anything else. And an interaction with one employee that was rude by interrupting me and barely saying anything while he "helped" me. Not impressed. I have to use FedEx on occasion but with "convenient" drop off locations not picking up packages as advertised on FedEx's own website, and store employees being rude and dismissive, I'm going to have to consider using other shipping options if I have a few more negative experiences.

Contrary to previous reviews great service, great attitudes.... and they are open on Saturdays until 4... closed on Sundays.
