2023-03: Super easy drop off experience. Walked in a FedEx Ground package ready to be shipped on a Tuesday afternoon, was helped immediately, package was scanned in front of me and I had a confirmation text immediately.

Contrary to previous reviews great service, great attitudes.... and they are open on Saturdays until 4... closed on Sundays.

Super slow service. Only second in line and had to wait 30+ minutes. Employees had zero urgency. Could not multitask.
