Tried 2 prescriptions with them within the last 2 months. They will tell you its on backorder but won't tell you how many people are waiting for the meds in front of you. They told me to keep calling. The thing is, it takes like 30 minutes just to get through to the voicemail. I understand there is backorder but how about tell me something besides call everyday.

I do not know when this change took place, but now I have to jump through hoops to get connected to a person on the phone at the pharmacy. I have the app... but it states to call the pharmacy. Now I have to leave a message and hope I get a call back. Not cool

Best customer service and friendly employees. They actually seem to enjoy helping instead of acting like they're doing you a favor. I would drive from the other side of CSRA to shop at this store because of great employees. Thankfully, I don't have to do it.

Cvs has miscounted pharmaceuticals. Make sure they give you what you are prescribed. Dont worry CVS, I wont do business with you. Can't even count to 30. Yall should be reported to the FDA!!!

My experience at this location is always top notch. The second Sunday of the week is just as good as the third Saturday of the same with every Monday and Wednesday simply as fine.

Pharmacy not very helpful, closes early. They even filled my prescription and gave me someone else's prescription. Call them on phone put me on hold , then I waited put back on hold 4 times. The 5th time they picked up they just hung up on me. Poor customer service.

They always try to push refills on me that I do not need. I asked them many times to let me notify them when I need a refill. Several months ago I transferred all of my prescriptions to Publix. Today my doctor called a prescription in for me to CVS rather than Publix. My son picked it up so I did not have to leave the house. When he got home they had given him the new prescription along with two refills for medicine that I had already refilled at Publix. I ended up having to leave the house and go to CVS to get my money back. After an attitude from the employee she refunded me the $62 for the unwanted medicine.I will crawl backwards into the Publix pharmacy before I ever set foot in a CVS again.
