From the initial call I was greeted by a professional and caring customer service representative. It was almost closing time but a team stayed late just to assist me. Not only did they help my initial concern. My vehicle was treated with care, so much so to where Mr. Liam figured out what was causing my problem, the team at Kendrick's ordered my parts, scheduled me an appointment for my repair as well. My repair was completed, I was checked in with minimal waiting time, I was greeted by an amazing customer service representative, and my vehicle repair was completed under an hour. “While every other autobody in Evans GA told us they couldn't repair our vehicle (Nov 5 accident) until January of 2024, Gerber made arrangements with our schedule to take the car in over the Thanksgiving holiday week. The shop was clean, offices neat and quiet, and staff was always available to answer questions by phone, if their text messages with updates weren't enough. Our vehicle was finished earlier than expected, but upon pickup I pointed out something I felt could've lined up better. A manager looked at it and agreed. A day later we picked up our vehicle. Overall I left off 1 star because I would like to see someone go over every completed vehicle to check the quality. The repair and paint work on the vehicle are top-notch. The repair is also warranted for as long as we own the vehicle through Gerber auto body shops. I would recommend Gerber to any of my neighbors or friends.”
