“The day I found Kendrick's Paint & Body I was in a bit of a panic. My daughter car window fell off track and she had just started a new job working overnight. It was Friday at 4:45pm, I call six other body shops, car dealers, and I decided to call one more shop and that's when I found Kendrick's in Evan's, GA. From the initial call I was greeted by a professional and caring customer service representative. It was almost closing time but a team stayed late just to assist me. Not only did they help my initial concern. My vehicle was treated with care, so much so to where Mr. Liam figured out what was causing my problem, the team at Kendrick's ordered my parts, scheduled me an appointment for my repair as well. My repair was completed, I was checked in with minimal waiting time, I was greeted by an amazing customer service representative, and my vehicle repair was completed under an hour. I will be recommending Kendrick Paint and Body in Evans, GA to everyone I know.”

“I took my car to Christian Brothers and they did a very good job servicing my car. They were kind and very professional. They took my car in, gave me an estimate time that it would be ready and it was ready sooner than they said. While I was waiting they offered me refreshments and they were very courteous. My car is driving so much better. Oh and they gave me a courtesy list of up comming Maintenance things that I need to do. I will be going back.”

“I had an unfortunate incident that resulted in getting 2 flat tires on my X5 while in the middle of a 2 1/2 hour drive to the Masters. BMW Road Side Assistance gave me the option of having my car towed to Taylor BMW which is on close proximity to Augusta National. At the time, I didn't realize what a blessing in disguise this was. The Service Manager, Brian Moon, provided me and my daughter, the type of Customer service that is rarely seen in this day and age! His primary focus was to ensure this unfortunate event didn't spoil our highly anticipated day. He provided us with a loner vehicle with zero hesitation, which allowed us to be in the Masters gate by 11:30. Depending on the extent of the damage to my X5, he would have allowed me to take the loner back to my home and would deliver my car, once repairs were made! Luckily, only the 2 new tires, and an alignment were needed. After we returned the loner, we were on the road and heading back home at 7:00 that evening! Special thanks to Brian Moon, and Business Manager, Luis Olmo, for their help and courtesy. When me and any family members are in the market for a BMW, we will surely make the trip to Taylor!

They dropped what they were doing to check out a problem I was having with a tire leak that everyone else in Augusta was too busy to fix or couldn't fix even when they tried. Mr. James & Jamie fixed it, went above and beyond to do it, did not charge a lot to do a spectacular job, did I leave a tip? Damn right I did, they are amazing, fixed my issue right there first time, no need to tell you I will be back time and time again! Very nice, very professional, excellent work doesn't begin to describe how great they are! Thanks James you are the best & only 2 blocks from where I live! “While every other autobody in Evans GA told us they couldn't repair our vehicle (Nov 5 accident) until January of 2024, Gerber made arrangements with our schedule to take the car in over the Thanksgiving holiday week. The shop was clean, offices neat and quiet, and staff was always available to answer questions by phone, if their text messages with updates weren't enough. Our vehicle was finished earlier than expected, but upon pickup I pointed out something I felt could've lined up better. A manager looked at it and agreed. A day later we picked up our vehicle. Overall I left off 1 star because I would like to see someone go over every completed vehicle to check the quality. The repair and paint work on the vehicle are top-notch. The repair is also warranted for as long as we own the vehicle through Gerber auto body shops. I would recommend Gerber to any of my neighbors or friends.”
“I was very skeptical about using this place because I’ve had horrible experiences with other places in the past but honestly from the second Tom answered the phone I knew this place was the right place, not only is their customer service amazing but their communication is outstanding! I had a good bit of work on my SUV and not only was the price reasonable but the turnaround time compared to other places was phenomenal. They had my girl fixed up in about 24 hours. I can’t recommend this place enough! They are all around amazing and I’ll definitely be back if needed.”

“Had some rear end damage to my car due to an accident and they did an amazing and speedy job fixing it. Kelly at the front was very warm and welcoming at my arrival and assisted thoroughly with how the process works and the paperwork. Geramiah was very communicative during the entire time they had my car and was easy to talk to. Having car services as a woman, a warm and friendly environment with easy to talk to people is such a nice change of atmosphere from other places I have been to. It was also so convenient that I could rent my car within the same building and return at pick up smoothly. I highly recommend.”
