To begin I cannot speak to the quality of their work. I can only speak to their lack of communication. Any business that you call and cannot leave a message because their mail box is full is one that you may not want to use. To be clear this was not a solitary incident but a consistent problem with their voice mail. To the extent that I pointed it out in an email, that I know was read, and no action was taken to fix the problem. If a company cannot be bothered to either answer their phone or have means to receive messages I question if they should be trusted to do the work. Second, I sent more than one email that were ignored. These were emails that were part of an ongoing correspondence that never garnered a reply. Finally, after additional emails stating that I was ready to move forward with the required work I was that I told that I would receive a phone call later that day. That call never came that day or the next. Communication is fundamental in business and this company does not seem interested in communicating with customers.
