“Called this location looking for a DVD player and was greeted by a friendly staff member who made sure they had what I needed in stocked. Came into the store and was greeted by Tonya who showed us around the store for DVDs to play for our family this holiday weekend. She even took time to help my daughter find a cool little toy. “This Dollar General store is the best in Cartersville GA. Almost every time I go to this store I am greeted by Cheyenne. She is so friendly and amazing. She knows the store inside and out. Today I asked her if she's a manager. She told me no. She definitely needs to be the manager of this store. Customers love her. She brightens up the store and makes customers feel welcome. I've watched her interact with customers several times. She's patient, caring, helpful, and understanding. Dollar General store is so blessed to have Cheyenne as their employee and her smile and positive attitude blessed me every time see her☺️.”

“The store is kept generally clean and stock is regularly replaced. There is a wide variety compared to other DGs in surrounding towns most likely because it is a newer model store. Only 4 stars because sometimes the 2 checkouts are only manned by 1 clerk and the lines can back into the isles with short shopping runs turning into waiting for the Cyclone at Six-Flags.”
“The store is very well organized, nothing's out of stock, and very neat although the staff didn't seem to pleased with their jobs making customer service a bit slack. Other than that, it's one of the nicer DG'S that is local to my location.”
“This store is very clean. The staff is outstanding with knowledge of helping me shop easier. I stopped buying ice cream at Publix. Because the ice cream at this store is more than half off the price of a regular grocery store. Enjoyed finding knickknacks for my new home. Even helped with my groceries to the car. You don’t see that every day. Awesome job to all that work there. Thank you.”

“The employees are really nice there's great customer service but the store is unorganized and very messy compared to the other Dollar generals in my area. Especially in the aisle with the clothing. Other than that I'm usually satisfied with my visits.”

“I was starting to wonder why they had an empty dollar store in Euharlee. But now all of a sudden it's stalked again. I heard the last manager quit from another customer. Thank goodness cause now I can actually get what I need. New manager is doing a great job. It's a very busy location but there was a guy in there keeping the shelves stalked. Keep up the great work.”
