“I love big lots. It's a great place to find things that you wouldn't find other places. The prices are comparable to other similar stores. They have some hard to find things and a great assortment of gardening supplies. I only give it 4 stars because it's not the cleanest store, but I still love it.”

“This Dollar General store is the best in Cartersville GA. Almost every time I go to this store I am greeted by Cheyenne. She is so friendly and amazing. She knows the store inside and out. Today I asked her if she's a manager. She told me no. She definitely needs to be the manager of this store. Customers love her. She brightens up the store and makes customers feel welcome. I've watched her interact with customers several times. She's patient, caring, helpful, and understanding. Dollar General store is so blessed to have Cheyenne as their employee and her smile and positive attitude blessed me every time see her☺️.”
“This Dollar Tree has a great selection of merchandise that's actually really cute!! I was very impressed but the check out process was a nightmare!!! There was only 1 person on the register & even though she called for help, no one showed up to get the long line of customers down & there were several employees walking around who could've helped her out.”

“The store is kept generally clean and stock is regularly replaced. There is a wide variety compared to other DGs in surrounding towns most likely because it is a newer model store. Only 4 stars because sometimes the 2 checkouts are only manned by 1 clerk and the lines can back into the isles with short shopping runs turning into waiting for the Cyclone at Six-Flags.”

“This store is very clean. The staff is outstanding with knowledge of helping me shop easier. I stopped buying ice cream at Publix. Because the ice cream at this store is more than half off the price of a regular grocery store. Enjoyed finding knickknacks for my new home. Even helped with my groceries to the car. “The young lady working Friday, Nov 10th, was super nice. Unfortunately, that is hard to find in any customer service reps these days. It was closing time, and she indicated she'd been there all day. Yet, she still took the time to make conversation. She needs a vacation, a raise, and some additional employees in that store. Sorry, I didn't catch her name. The 5 stars are hers solely.”
