They lost my package two weeks ago, stopped by and asked for my number to give to the supervisor and speak with the carrier. Two weeks go by, no call or anything. I stop by again and they hand me a customer complain paper to fill out… slowly becoming a joke..

Why do we not get our mail until 8:30 / 9:00 at night. We live at 462 Southern Rd 30536. Then we get 3 deliveries a day! What’s that about? I’m 71 yrs old and my mailbox is 75 ft away, x3 a day is 450ft a day. That’s ridiculous! x seven days! FIX IT!

The worst post office I have ever seen.They need a whole new staff..ails been missing a month.They say the open at 8:45 and this is a lie.Theres 20 of us in line still waiting.

Mail displacement constantly. Mail out recipients don't receive.Mail goes across town to Blue Ridge instead of my town Ellijay or Gainesville.

Awful service. They refuse to deliver packages and then lie about it stating attempted delivery, mailbox full, driveway not accessible etc which are all lies for them to get out of doing their job. It's not my job to come to the post office and spend my gas and time to receive a package when I pay for home delivery.

Delivered a Christmas gift to the WRONG house. After telling them it was wrong, the lady wanted to argue with me. Then told me she would get a supervisor involved and help find my package. It’s now been 4 weeks. That house still has my package that they took it to. And they don’t give a damn about finding it.

I dont think they even come to our community mailbox station very often. I consistently get notification that they "have attempted to deliver a package and have left a notice" but there is no notice, our mailbox is empty and the boxes for packages are unused with plenty of space is available for packages of that size.

I greatly appreciate them and how they are never rude when I have a question, and they take their time. Shipping with them and sending mail is always a quick and easy process for me. They may need another employee up front, I think they're sometimes short staffed for how busy it gets at this location. They still get the job done faster than in some locations in USA that have 3 or 4 people up front.

A kind man came to our door yesterday with a box addressed to me. He said he has a farm miles out of town. There is no house at the location. He found the box addressed to me in an ATV he parks on his land. I am not pleased with the service of the USPS. It is getting progressively worse in our area. I can't trust it any longer.
