Fantastic Shop. After another vehicle crashed the passenger side, Spivey's not only has it looking brand new, they were able to diagnose the mechanical issues associated with the front impact. Very pleased with the shop. Everyone from the front desk to the technician were super awesome!

The receptionist had the worst attitude, I went in and said hello I’m here to get an estimate… she replied with are you here to get a estimate or do you have an estimate ! Then told me to “SIT DOWN” and someone will be with me…. I expected her to let someone know or call someone but she went back to talking to someone who was seating next to her and after she was done talking, she did let someone know I was there waiting on a estimate and no she was not talking about anything work related ….. but their estimate has been the cheapest one I got in the area

I must admit that Spiveys has a great team. They did an outstanding job on my car and was very friendly from start to finish. Kelly, Jason, and Justin definitely make the experience a lot easier and great with communication. Would definitely recommend if ever needed.

They will not take GEICO estimates... wouldn't even look at my vehicle if I was going to use the GEICO claim. That's their right as a business if they choose not work work with certain insurance companies.. just very disappointed after getting so many referrals to go see them.
