We had a great buying experience. No stress, no hassle, no games. We were met quickly by Barry and immediately knew that we were in good hands.
We looked at and test drove the vehicle on two separate occasions before we decided to buy. This is a used vehicle and found a few minor items that we wanted addressed. They immediately got to work on all of them.
We paid a fair price and needed only minimal negotiation to make the deal. The price was low enough that we decided to get the top extended warranty (ESP). And we got it at a fair price.

Ronnie Thompson Ford does a great job. My buying experience was the best ever. No high pressure or mysterious add-ons. Curley the best. Regular service has been quick and accurate. Couple of times I had service while traveling, not so much. Mice eating my wiring diagnosed quickly and accurately. Highly recommended these guys!

We had a water in fuel warning and we were visitors in Ellijay in an rv park. We would have been stranded if these folks didn’t work is in and tenaciously pursue the real problem. Thanks to the service folks at Ronnie Thompson we were back on the road with piece of mind. We didn’t get the “we can work you in a week from Tuesday” that we’ve heard before.

service was able to schedule a day to do the work that I would be available, and most importantly kept the appointment. shuttle service took me home and picked me up with no delays. work was completed on time as scheduled.
