“DELICIOUS! If you are coming up to Blue Ridge and do not make a stop here and get some of their amazing meats you are doing yourself a disservice. I am so happy I reached out and made an order for steaks with Roy for my family that were all coming up from Florida to spend a long weekend in the mountains. We ordered steaks for everyone in our crew and then some and when we threw them on the fire with some salt and pepper, I have to say my tastebuds were happy! They were ready to go and packaged for us so it made pick up smooth and I even got to meet Roy in person!
