These guys are so honest and knowledgeable! My gas cap failed emission inspection and then a code was produced (my check engine light was on).I bought a new gas cap and headed over to Keener's. Steve installed my gas cap, reset the code thingie and told me how far to drive and how fast and the light should reset if that was all it was. THAT WAS IT! Steve didn't charge me for his time. INCREDIBLE SERVICE ON TOP OF JUST BEING A HELL OF A NICE GUY!!!

Ladies listen up! You are safe at Keener Auto Repair! They will not over charge or try to trick you into extra services. I called yesterday explained my issue. Steve was very pleasant, proposed a solution and offered to check the price of the part and give me a call back. He called back in less than 10 min with a fair quote. I already knew how much the part ran for and I was soooo happy he didn't try to over charge. I dropped my car off this morning, got a call two hours or so later to come pick it up. He explained what he did, I paid and he sent me on my way. Smooth and pleasant transaction. I have tried several shops in the area and none compare to the service I received at Kenner. I plan to leave the area soon but will travel to Steve for my Nissan needs. Also the guy who welcomed me this morning, Jim was efficient and nice.

Just had a radiator replaced and these guys did an amazing job! They were quick, courteous and good value. Time was taken to find the problem and repairs were well explained! My new service center for automotive needs!

We've used Keener Auto for the past 5 years. Truthfully speaking, it's a major relief having an honest, fair, and flexible mechanic who won't recommend a job unless it's actually necessary. Plus, they charge less and do more per job from our experience. Highly recommended.They service our 2011 Chevy Traverse and will service our future vehicles.

Honest mechanics! Dropped off my 2003 Honda CRV today after hearing a screeching sound whenever my car was in idle. I called right when they opened and they were able to take me in right away! I received a phone call a little over and hour later from the mechanic informing me that I had an issue with my belt. The mechanic said the belt was structurally intact and looked new but was responsible for the sound. He said he sprayed it with WD 40 which eliminated the sound but informed me it would come back eventually. He told me I could replace the belt to eliminate the sound permanently or I could pass on replacing the belt as it was still functioning properly and brand new. Definitely a mechanic I will be back to visit as I know they are not trying to stick me with random charges for parts I don't need.

Steve has been servicing and repairing my vehicles for the past eight years or so and he and his staff have provided absolutely excellent service every time. Steve's integrity is evident from the moment you meet him, and he will walk you through any complicated issues that may come up with your vehicle. He'll give you his opinion, and he'll give you options if they're available. His skill as a mechanic is also top-notch and his eye for upcoming service issues have kept my vehicles very easy and affordable to maintain. Turn-around time is quick, I usually drop off in the morning and get it back that day. Steve's the best, all the positive reviews are dead-on.

They did two axles, battery cables, an oil change, and spark plugs for less than pep boys wanted to do just one axle. More important they did a good job and fast. Anytime I need anything in the future I'm going there.

Steve has been wonderful! We recently moved to the area and started having car trouble and a few friends suggested Keener's. When I called him up to discuss what was going on, he was polite, understanding and he explained everything thoroughly. He even gave us several options to fix the issues with different pricing points. After we dropped off the car, they were quick to get the work done and call us to come pick it up. I will definitely be using Keener's while I'm in the area and suggesting it to anyone who needs honest car work done!
